withlida is an independent Dubai real-estate publication for the analyst Lida Moghaddam. It publishes honest verdicts, decision frameworks, and original data on developers, areas, and projects, with no listings and no brokerage sales pressure. I designed and built the publication and the system that runs it.

Property portals own the listings for every Dubai developer, area, and project, but no one publishes the independent analysis a buyer actually needs. withlida fills that gap with dated verdicts and original data, credibly serving buyers, sellers, and investors at once.
It runs on the same publication architecture as the rest of the group: a fast reader site and a separate worker that handles content, data, and the newsletter.

Almost every Dubai property site exists to sell you something. The challenge was a publication whose neutrality is the whole value: it had to read as independent, present original data credibly, and serve buyers, sellers, and investors without picking a side.

No listings is the point
Every competing Dubai property site monetizes attention into a sales funnel. withlida sells nothing but judgment: dated verdicts, decision frameworks, and original data, serving buyers, sellers, and investors from the same neutral ground. The absence of listings is the product's integrity, not a gap.
Data-led, not opinion-led
The publication's spine is original analysis: area scorecards with price, rent, and yield metrics, developer track records, project verdicts, and honest Buy, Hold, or Avoid calls that stay dated so readers can hold them accountable later.
Three audiences, one taxonomy
Developers, areas, and projects are first-class sections rather than tags, so the names buyers actually type into a search engine each resolve to a reference page with real analysis behind it, built to earn the query.
The publication engine
A fast reader site backed by a separate content worker: markdown-canonical articles, edge-cached delivery over its own CDN, semantic search over the archive, and newsletter capture on a verified sending domain. The analyst writes; the system does the rest.
