DocSend Alternatives 2026: Papermark, Peony, Digify, PandaDoc, Qwilr and Orangedox
Compare Papermark, Peony, Digify, PandaDoc, Qwilr and Orangedox for tracked decks, data rooms and signed proposals, with verified prices.
Published

Choose Papermark for a first tracked pitch deck: its hosted Free plan includes page-by-page analytics at $0. For DocSend alternatives, the deciding question is whether you need to track a deck, control a diligence room, or get a proposal signed. A proposal builder can be the better purchase even when it is the weaker PDF tracker.
DocSend alternatives at a glance
Start with the job, then compare the plan that actually supports it. A founder sending an introductory deck needs a different product from a sales lead negotiating a proposal or a finance lead opening confidential records to investors.
Prices and capabilities were verified against the makers' live pricing pages and documentation on November 7, 2026. Paid amounts below are USD per month with annual billing. The pricing lines in each section link to the source. Free plans are distinguished from temporary trials, and PandaDoc's entry here is the plan that includes the page-level analytics this comparison requires.
A data room is a collection of deal files with controlled access. An NDA, or non-disclosure agreement, sets confidentiality terms; an NDA gate requires completing an agreement step before viewing.
These are starting points, not a promise that the cheapest plan includes every control. In particular, an email gate can merely collect an address; email verification checks that the visitor can access that mailbox. A logo, an owned web domain and a branded sending-email domain are also separate features.
The six alternatives, matched to the job
1. Papermark: best starting point for tracked pitch decks
Papermark is a document-sharing platform that gives a founder page-by-page deck analytics without requiring a paid subscription. Its hosted Free plan includes 50 documents, 50 links and one team member. That makes it a sensible starting point when your next task is sending a finished deck and learning which slides receive attention. Its open-source code and self-hosting options add a second reason to choose it, but they require a separate deployment decision.
For a founder introducing a company to investors, the useful workflow is straightforward: send a separate link for each conversation, then compare the visit with the next reply. A return to the financial slide can suggest what to explain in the follow-up. It does not prove that an investor understood the forecast or intends to invest.
Analytics and access controls. Papermark lists time on each page, email capture, password protection, expiry and download controls. Business explicitly adds verified email access and allow/block lists. The Data Rooms plan adds NDA agreements, dynamic watermarks, which print viewer-specific information over a document, and granular file permissions. Do not treat the Free plan's general sharing-controls description as a promise of those advanced features.
Rooms, domains and branding. Pro adds custom branding and removes Papermark branding. Business adds a custom domain for individual documents and multi-file sharing. The Data Rooms plan adds room-specific domains and branding, room analytics, groups and file-level permissions. For a startup, that means an introductory deck and a diligence room can use the same product, while still requiring different subscriptions and access rules.
Self-hosting is the distinctive choice, with a qualification. The public repository provides code you can inspect and deploy. Papermark's own self-hosting guide distinguishes personal self-hosting from licensed team or company deployments, and says the personal option excludes data rooms and advanced security features. Treat those as the vendor's published deployment terms; do not assume a free repository download reproduces the paid cloud product.
A technical cofounder should decide who owns updates, the database, file storage, email delivery and recovery before choosing that route. The deployment repository lists the underlying services. If the objective is simply to send a deck this week, hosted Free is the easier starting point. If infrastructure control is a company requirement, evaluate the commercial self-hosted offering deliberately.
Best for: Founders who want tracked deck links now and an infrastructure-control option later.
Standout: Free hosted page analytics plus an inspectable codebase and a documented self-hosting route.
Papermark pricing
Pricing: Free; paid Pro starts at $29/month billed annually, using the USD selector on Papermark's pricing page.
Free trial: A continuing Free plan; a separate 7-day Data Rooms trial.
- Page-by-page analytics on the hosted Free plan.
- Separate upgrade paths for document branding, owned domains and room controls.
- Public code and a commercial self-hosting option for infrastructure-sensitive teams.
- Email verification and advanced room controls require higher plans.
- Free has document, link and team-member limits.
- Self-hosting adds operating work; advanced commercial deployment is a separate licensing decision.
Set up the first deck link
Start with the document you intend to send
Upload the finished PDF and create a share link for a specific investor conversation. Use a clear internal name so later visits can be connected to the right introduction.
Choose the identity requirement
Decide whether collecting an email address is sufficient or whether you need email verification on an eligible plan. Use the latter when access must depend on control of a particular mailbox.
Set the access boundary
Choose a password, expiry and download setting appropriate to the material. For a diligence room, configure its NDA and file permissions separately from the introductory deck.
Check the recipient experience before distribution
Open the link using an external email identity and confirm the expected access, downloads and page events. Keep the original file and record which link went to which conversation before expanding the send.
Papermark vs DocSend
Choose Papermark for a fresh deck workflow where free analytics or deployment control matters. Keep an established incumbent workflow when changing links and permissions would interrupt an active raise. The Dropbox DocSend vs Papermark comparison goes deeper on that two-product decision.
2. Peony: best for a startup room with a signed-NDA upgrade path
Peony combines tracked file sharing, data rooms and signatures, with a useful separation between basic NDA acknowledgement and a signed NDA record. A founder can begin with free page analytics, then move to persistent rooms and stronger controls as investor conversations become diligence. Its strongest fit is a small team that wants the deck, supporting documents and access agreement in one hosted workflow. The important purchase decision is which evidence you need from the access gate.
Analytics and access controls. Free includes page-by-page analytics, email capture and password protection. Business adds verified email access, allow/block lists and download prevention. Link expiry is documented in its sharing feature guide. Data Room adds dynamic watermarking and granular permissions, so the capability to see a visit and the capability to control a sensitive file should be evaluated separately.
The NDA distinction is unusually clear. Simple NDA, on Business, records an acknowledgement before access but does not generate a signed PDF. Advanced NDA, on Data Room, collects a signature, produces a PDF for the parties and records an audit trail. If your diligence process requires a retained signed copy, choose by that output. A checkbox event and a signed agreement are different records; the software choice does not decide the agreement's legal effect.
Rooms, domains and branding. Business provides folders, multi-file sharing and up to three rooms per admin, with a custom logo and background. Data Room adds an owned domain, fuller branding, indexing, participant Q&A and unlimited rooms. For a seed-stage founder, the practical division is between an introductory collection of files and a room where different recipients need different permissions and documented access agreements.
There is a meaningful Free-plan boundary: the room is a demo whose shared link and analytics expire after three days. A live room that stays open requires Business or above, according to the plan documentation. Do not send a production diligence invitation assuming the free room will remain available indefinitely.
Peony also lists self-hosting under Enterprise, which its docs describe as custom and available to selected pilot customers. That deserves a procurement conversation if deployment control is mandatory; it is not the same proposition as a public open-source installation. For buyers requiring formal security reports, the same documentation describes its SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 audits as underway. Assess the actual evidence available for your deal rather than treating readiness language as completed certification.
Best for: Founders moving from a tracked deck to a branded, permissioned startup room.
Standout: A documented distinction between an acknowledged NDA gate and a signed-PDF NDA workflow.
Pricing: Free; paid Business starts at $30/admin/month billed annually, on Peony's pricing page.
Free trial: The ongoing Free plan supports initial evaluation; its demo room has the expiry described above.
- Free page analytics, email capture and password protection.
- Signed NDA records, granular permissions and owned domains on Data Room.
- Rooms and signing can sit in the same founder workflow.
- The free room is a temporary demonstration.
- Signed NDAs, dynamic watermarks and custom domains require Data Room or higher.
- Enterprise deployment availability and audit evidence need closer review for strict procurement requirements.
Verdict: Shortlist Peony when the next milestone is a controlled startup room. Choose the plan around the required access record, not around a generic promise of “NDA support.”
3. Digify: best when document controls drive the purchase
Digify is a secure-sharing and data-room platform for teams that need to control access as carefully as they measure it. It is a stronger candidate for a finance lead sharing confidential records with several outside parties than for a founder who only wants a low-cost deck link. Page analytics, permission settings, expiry and room management belong to the same workflow. The entry subscription and add-on structure make it essential to specify the controls before choosing a plan.
Analytics and identity. Digify's document-tracking page documents page-by-page engagement, views and time spent. Identity depends on the sharing configuration: the recipient access guide describes email-only access, email with a verification code, account sign-in and quick access links. A recipient-specific link is convenient, but the sender still needs to decide whether possession of the link is enough to grant access.
For a founder sharing a general overview, less friction may be useful. For a finance lead sharing a confidential forecast, mailbox verification and tightly assigned permissions are more relevant. The value is choosing the access behavior explicitly, rather than assuming every tracked visit identifies a verified person.
Access controls and rooms. Pro includes custom terms of access or an NDA, room branding and folder-level permissions. The published feature set also includes file expiry, revocation and print/download permissions. Team adds file-level permissions, Q&A and dynamic watermarking; watermarking is listed as an add-on for Pro. That is a material distinction when a buyer needs different access for adjacent files within the same folder.
Pro includes three rooms and 50 room guests. Those caps are enough to matter to a startup dealing with several investor groups or advisers. Count the outside people who need access, as well as your internal administrators, before comparing it with tools that use a different charging unit.
Domains and branding. A logo and brand colors are included at the entry level. A white-label domain is a higher-plan feature or an add-on on lower tiers. If a board or buyer expects a link under your company's own hostname, put that requirement in the quote; room colors alone do not satisfy it.
Digify is also worth evaluating when you need controls around downloaded material, but do not turn that into a blanket promise that all PDFs remain revocable. A protected-download workflow and an ordinary downloaded file are different things. Use the trial to confirm the exact viewer, file format and permissions your recipients will encounter.
Best for: Finance, advisory and deal teams prioritizing document permissions and controlled external access.
Standout: Fine-grained sharing controls alongside page analytics and data-room management.
Pricing: Pro starts at $150/month billed annually, with one user, on Digify's pricing page.
Free trial: Available.
- Page-level engagement plus configurable identity checks.
- NDA/terms gates, expiry and download permissions in the product's core workflow.
- Clear upgrades for file-level permissions and structured room Q&A.
- A substantial entry subscription for basic deck tracking.
- Pro has room and guest caps.
- Watermarks and an owned domain can change the required plan or add-ons.
Verdict: Buy Digify for a named control requirement. If your only requirement is seeing which slide a prospect read, start with a lighter option.
4. PandaDoc: best for proposals that need approval and signature
PandaDoc is a proposal and agreement platform whose Business plan combines page-level recipient analytics with document creation, approvals and signatures. It fits a sales team that needs to move a proposal through review and acceptance, rather than simply distribute a finished PDF. The useful question becomes “what is stopping this agreement from being completed?” A founder sending an unchanging deck may have little use for that extra workflow.
Analytics. Page-level recipient analytics are available on Business and Enterprise. The analytics documentation describes time per page, visits, downloads and link clicks. Free and Starter advertise tracking notifications, but that is not the same entitlement. The comparison table therefore uses Business as the qualifying starting point for the reader who needs to know who read which page.
There is another operational detail worth knowing before a sales rep revises a live proposal: editing a sent document removes its old analytics. PandaDoc advises duplicating the document if you need to preserve that history. When a buyer asks for a revised scope, decide whether continuity of engagement records matters before editing the existing send.
Access controls and rooms. PandaDoc Rooms collect deal documents, tasks and communications. Their sharing documentation says a shared link can show a preview of content marked visible to all room members; signing or accessing restricted content requires login and email verification. Review that preview as an outsider before putting sensitive files in it.
Business can publish a maximum of three rooms. Enterprise supports unlimited published rooms, and Rooms are unavailable for pandadoc.eu accounts according to the same guide. A sales organization running many concurrent opportunities should check this boundary before standardizing on rooms for every deal.
PandaDoc documents automatic expiry for incomplete agreements and recipient download controls in the template workflow. An unsigned NDA can be sent as a document to sign. However, the pages reviewed do not establish an automatic room-wide NDA-before-view gate or viewer-specific dynamic watermarks. Do not assume a signing platform provides those diligence controls by default.
Domains and branding. Business includes custom branding. PandaDoc also documents white-label sending-email domains. That changes the email sender; it is not evidence that the recipient's document-viewing URL can use your own domain. If the latter matters, obtain a specific answer for your proposed configuration.
Best for: Sales teams whose next action is to create, approve, negotiate and sign a proposal.
Standout: Page-level engagement connected to the agreement workflow.
Pricing: Business starts at $49/seat/month billed annually for the required recipient analytics, on PandaDoc's pricing page.
Free trial: 14 days; a limited Free plan exists but is not a substitute for Business page analytics.
- Proposal creation, approvals and signatures in the same product.
- Business includes page-level recipient engagement.
- Deal rooms can organize documents, tasks and stakeholder communication.
- The cheapest plans do not include the required per-page analytics.
- Editing a sent document removes its previous analytics.
- Room limits, preview behavior and domain requirements need attention before adoption.
Verdict: Pick PandaDoc when an agreement must move through a sales process. Skip it for a deck-only workflow unless you also need its document and signing tools.
5. Qwilr: best for an interactive proposal on the web
Qwilr turns a proposal into a shareable web page with interactive quotes, electronic acceptance and engagement analytics. It is a strong fit for an agency or services business that wants the buyer to explore an offer and choose an option in the browser. Its analytics measure sections of that web experience. That makes it a useful DocSend alternative for selling, while making it a different kind of tracker from a PDF slide viewer.
Analytics. Qwilr records engagement by content block, including time spent and interactions. A block is a section of the proposal, such as the scope, an embedded demonstration or the quote. For an agency owner, that can be more useful than asking which numbered PDF page was open: it helps locate the part of the offer the buyer explored.
The analytics guide also notes that automated link previews and scanners can generate apparent views. Treat a single open notification as a prompt to look closer, not as proof that a decision-maker read the offer. The same guide warns that embedded Qwilr pages may not track consistently, so a direct link is the more appropriate evaluation path.
Access controls. Qwilr supports passwords, automatic link expiry and view limits. Its security guide distinguishes collecting a name or email from verifying access to an email account. Email verification and domain restrictions are available on Growth and Scale. Growth has a five-user minimum, which matters if a solo seller wants that capability.
Rooms, domains and branding. Qwilr publishes custom-domain and brand-editing capabilities, and Growth explicitly adds custom branding. Verify the exact entitlement for the owned URL and identity settings you want. The reviewed pages do not establish a diligence VDR, an automatic NDA-before-view gate or recipient-specific dynamic watermarks. Treat a well-designed proposal page as a sales document, not as a protected room for confidential company records.
Downloads require a different expectation. Qwilr lets you create a PDF and choose to expose its download URL through a link or button. Its PDF guide explains that the print version can differ from the web layout and does not preserve the interactive experience. Omitting a download button is also not evidence of PDF-style rights management. If a buyer needs an archival PDF, include that output in your evaluation before building a heavily interactive template.
For a services business, the decision rule is simple: use Qwilr when the presentation and acceptance experience help the buyer choose. Prefer a document-first tool when the original file, its page sequence or controlled diligence access is the object you must preserve.
Best for: Agencies and sales teams presenting interactive offers that buyers accept online.
Standout: Section-level engagement and quote interaction within a web proposal.
Pricing: Starter begins at $35/user/month billed annually, on Qwilr's pricing page.
Free trial: 14 days.
- Interactive quotes and e-signatures in a shareable web proposal.
- Analytics show engagement with sections and buyer interactions.
- Passwords, expiry and eligible-plan identity verification.
- Web-block analytics are not PDF page-by-page analytics.
- Verified identity requires a higher plan; Growth has a minimum team size.
- No verified substitute here for a diligence room with NDA gating and dynamic watermarks.
Verdict: Choose Qwilr to improve the buying experience of a proposal. Choose another tool when preserving and controlling a finished PDF is the primary job.
6. Orangedox: best when the source files already live in Drive or Dropbox
Orangedox adds tracked sharing and data rooms around folders your team already maintains in Google Drive or Dropbox. It fits a founder or adviser who wants to keep updating the source files in the existing storage workflow. Its benefit is reducing the separate uploading and updating work around the room. The tracked link still has to become the link you distribute.
Analytics and access controls. Orangedox lists recipient-level activity and time spent on each document page, along with download prevention, expiry, device limits and remote access revocation. Authenticated recipient access supports controlled sharing; the exact login experience should be part of the external-recipient check. NDA gating and signing begin on Business, while dynamic watermarking is a Teams feature.
That makes Starter suitable for a simpler tracked room, but it should not be purchased on the assumption that an NDA gate, branded viewer and watermark are all included. A team distributing confidential financial documents needs to choose the relevant controls before comparing entry prices.
Rooms and source synchronization. The room reflects changes made in the connected source folder. For an adviser who updates a forecast or adds an appendix during diligence, that can reduce duplicate file handling. It also means source-folder management becomes part of publishing: an internal edit may change what external recipients see. Keep the shared folder intentional and assign someone to approve its contents.
Starter includes five rooms and 15 participants per room. Use those explicit limits when sizing an investor process. Count recipients within each room before choosing Starter.
Domains and branding. Business includes custom branding, and Orangedox describes using a logo and color scheme. An owned custom domain was not confirmed in the reviewed product and pricing pages. If investor links must resolve under your company's own hostname, treat that as an unanswered requirement rather than assuming branding covers it.
The migration boundary is equally important: Orangedox cannot retroactively track files sent through the original Google Drive links. To measure the new workflow, send its tracked links. An old Drive URL can otherwise continue to circulate separately from the room and its access settings. A founder with an active raise should check the links already in investor emails before expecting a complete engagement picture.
Best for: Founders, advisers and small teams maintaining deal files in Drive or Dropbox.
Standout: Source-folder synchronization combined with page-level recipient analytics.
Pricing: Starter begins at $55/month billed annually, on Orangedox's pricing page.
Free trial: 14 days.
- Rooms synchronize with existing source folders.
- Page-level time and recipient activity support follow-up.
- Expiry, download controls and access revocation are documented.
- Starter excludes NDA gating, custom branding and dynamic watermarks.
- Starter has room and participant caps.
- Original Drive links do not acquire tracking; an owned custom domain remains unverified here.
Verdict: Pick Orangedox when keeping the source-file workflow is the main benefit. Pick a different room product if your required branding or access controls fit its plans more closely.
What Dropbox DocSend still does well
Dropbox DocSend remains a credible choice for tracked documents and controlled deal sharing. Its own pages document page-by-page analytics, signatures, branded sharing and advanced room controls. A company already using those capabilities successfully should compare the operational benefit of switching, not assume the incumbent has lost its core function.
DocSend's analytics feature page describes document and page engagement. Its pricing documentation lists per-page analytics for PDFs, Word, PowerPoint, Google Docs, Google Slides and Keynote. That makes it relevant to a founder who wants tracked distribution without rebuilding the material as a web proposal.
DocSend pricing
Pricing: Personal starts at $10/user/month billed annually, according to DocSend's pricing page.
Personal includes basic sharing controls, analytics and limited signatures. Standard adds multi-file sharing, branding and unlimited signatures. Advanced adds verified email access, allow/block lists, folder/file controls, dynamic watermarks and NDA gates; Advanced Data Rooms adds features such as diligence tracking, audit logs, indexing and group permissions. The appropriate comparison is between the capabilities you need on each platform, not merely their lowest advertised subscriptions.
DocSend free trial
DocSend advertises a 14-day Advanced Data Rooms trial. Evaluate the plan you expect to keep after it ends, since the trial experience can include capabilities above the entry subscription.
Stay with DocSend when active investor links, established permissions and the current room workflow are doing the job. Consider switching when another tool removes a specific recurring problem: paying for unused workflow, needing an owned deployment, duplicating proposal-signing work or repeatedly re-uploading source files.
How to choose alternatives to DocSend
The choice flips when the next recipient action changes. Reading a deck, entering a confidential room and signing a proposal are separate buying jobs. Start with that next action before comparing logos or the largest feature checklist.
DocSend for startups: separate the introduction from diligence
For a founder sending an introductory deck, Papermark is the default starting point and Peony is a credible alternative. Both offer free page analytics. Use the link to guide follow-up, then decide whether stronger identity requirements are justified by the material.
When the conversation becomes diligence, assess the room separately. A room should let you organize the material, assign access deliberately and obtain whatever access agreement your process requires. Peony fits a founder who wants a signed NDA record and room workflow together. Papermark fits a team drawn to its sharing model or deployment options. Digify deserves a closer look when specific file, folder and recipient controls drive the decision. Orangedox fits when the source-folder workflow is the main constraint.
For a sales lead, start elsewhere: PandaDoc when proposals and agreements need creation, approval and signature; Qwilr when an interactive offer on the web is the better buying experience. Neither deserves automatic preference over a PDF tracker for a finished fundraising deck.
Decide what “who read what” must mean
An entered email, a verified mailbox and permission to see a file answer different questions. The first is a claim about identity. The second checks access to the mailbox. The third determines which document that identity may open. Even together, they do not prove attention or buying intent.

For a founder, that distinction changes the follow-up. A known recipient returning to the financial section is a more useful conversation prompt than an anonymous open. For a sales rep, time around a quote can suggest a question about scope, but it should not become a claim that the buyer has accepted the price. Check the pattern and the person's response together.
Decide what happens after downloading
Expiry and revocation control future access through a link. They do not erase an ordinary PDF that someone already saved. If that distinction matters, disable ordinary downloads where supported and evaluate any separately protected-download workflow on its own terms.

Watermarks add visible recipient information; an NDA gate records a prerequisite to access. Neither should be treated as proof that visible material cannot be copied. Choose controls that match the document and the relationship, then check the actual recipient experience instead of relying on a security label.
How these were picked
These six were compared against published product behavior and plan boundaries, not ranked by the number of features on a landing page. The source verification was performed on November 7, 2026. This is a documentation-based comparison; the products were not exercised in logged-in trials during this review.
The evaluation asks whether each option supports the reader's job, what unit its analytics measure, how recipient identity is established, where NDA/expiry/watermark/download controls apply, what a room contains, and whether branding includes an owned domain. Entry price and deployment responsibilities come after those requirements.
That method produces deliberate distinctions: PandaDoc's qualifying price is Business, Qwilr is described as a section tracker, Peony's free room is labeled temporary, and Papermark's commercial self-hosting is qualified. Where the maker pages did not establish a feature, it is marked unverified rather than assumed absent or inferred from a generic feature label.
The scope excludes storage-only and signature-only replacements because neither, by itself, answers this reader's combined requirement for a shared document and meaningful reading activity. It also avoids ranking a full transaction platform above a simpler tool when the only job is sending a deck.
The ones to avoid
Avoid the wrong product or plan for your job; none of these tools is universally the wrong choice. These are the mismatches most likely to create another migration later:
- PandaDoc Free or Starter for page-level recipient analytics. Choose the qualifying plan or a different tracker. An open notification does not answer which page a buyer read.
- Qwilr for a conventional PDF diligence room. Its web proposal and section analytics are useful, but they do not establish the NDA-gated, watermarked room workflow required here.
- Peony Free for a persistent diligence room. Its demo link expires. Keep introductory file sharing separate from a production room invitation.
- Orangedox Starter when NDA gating or branded sharing is mandatory. Those requirements move the purchase beyond Starter; dynamic watermarking moves it further.
- Digify for a deck-only problem with no specific control requirement. Its higher entry commitment is difficult to defend when free page analytics satisfy the task.
- Papermark self-hosting as an assumed shortcut to a free enterprise service. Establish the deployment terms and operating owner first.
Also avoid replacing working DocSend links in the middle of active conversations without a concrete benefit. A cheaper invoice can be worthwhile, but only if recipients can still reach the correct material and you can still interpret the engagement history.
Before you move your next live link
Move one controlled workflow before moving every recipient. A founder can start with the next new investor conversation; a sales lead can start with a proposal that has not yet been sent. That keeps the acceptance check tied to a real job without disrupting existing readers.
Keep a record of the old links, recipients, document versions, permissions and any history you need. Do not assume the new product can import old visit data or apply its controls to links created elsewhere.
Next, use an external recipient identity to check the gate, a deliberately unauthorized identity to check denial, and the intended file to check page or section analytics. Verify the downloaded output where downloads are allowed. Confirm the NDA record, branded URL and final permission settings before broadening access.
For a sales workflow, complete the proposal through signature and inspect the resulting document. For a room, check each recipient group against the files it should see. The Monday move is to choose the smallest plan that passes this workflow, then send the next new link through it.
Frequently asked questions
Free DocSend alternatives
Papermark and Peony both offer free page-by-page analytics for shared documents. That makes them useful starting points for a deck. Advanced room controls require checking the paid plan, and Peony's free room is a temporary demo. PandaDoc's Free plan does not provide the Business recipient analytics compared here.
Best DocSend alternatives
Papermark is the default deck-tracking pick; Peony suits startup rooms; Digify suits specific document-control requirements. Choose PandaDoc for agreement workflows, Qwilr for interactive web proposals, or Orangedox for tracked rooms connected to existing Drive or Dropbox folders. Keep DocSend if its existing workflow already earns its place.
DocSend alternatives Reddit
Use Reddit recommendations to identify questions for your evaluation, then verify the current plan against the maker's documentation. Ask whether the commenter needed PDF page analytics, a data room or proposal signing, and whether they used the same subscription you are considering. A report about a free plan does not establish the controls available on a paid room, or the reverse.
