Monday CRM Pricing (2026): Seats, AI and the Annual Bill
monday CRM prices verified October 2026: annual bills for 3, 5 and 10 seats, AI inclusions, and the cost comparison with Pipedrive and HubSpot.

monday CRM pricing starts at $12 per seat a month billed annually, but the three-seat minimum makes Basic a $432 yearly commitment. Standard costs $612 a year for three seats and explicitly includes AI credits; Pro costs $1,008 and adds the AI workflow builder. For a small sales team, start by pricing the plan that runs your workflow, then add the AI usage the public page does not quantify.
Verified against monday.com's live CRM pricing page, October 2026, on 5 October. Prices below are USD before tax. monday CRM is monday.com's customer relationship management product, the shared record of your leads, contacts, conversations and deals.
For a three to ten person sales business, the choice turns on purchased seats, the automation you need and the extra usage bill. Standard deserves a look for agent access and simple automation. Pro is the stronger comparison when your reps need email sequences or linked AI workflows. A lower advertised seat price alone cannot settle either decision.

monday CRM pricing plans: annual and monthly rates
Basic is $12, Standard $17 and Pro $28 per seat a month on annual billing; Ultimate requires a quote. The lower rates are monthly equivalents of a yearly purchase, paid upfront.
This is the at-a-glance price table, verified in October 2026. The monthly column quotes the higher amounts displayed on the vendor's pricing cards, rather than applying an assumed discount percentage.
The pricing page offers monthly billing and says monthly plans are not discounted. It also says the final price depends on your billing country and excludes tax. Compare the selected plan and billing period at checkout, especially if your account is outside the US.
monday com CRM pricing: the annual bill for 3, 5 and 10 seats
The smallest paid account costs $432 a year on Basic, $612 on Standard or $1,008 on Pro. That minimum applies even if only one person needs the software: the vendor says plans start from three users.
The billing guide says monday uses groups of seats: three seats, then multiples of five. For three to ten active sellers, three buy three seats, four or five buy five, and six to ten buy ten. A six-person sales business must therefore use the ten-seat totals below.
The formula is purchased seats × annual-billing monthly rate × 12. These are base subscriptions, excluding tax, additional AI usage and any separately purchased services. The rates and minimum come from monday CRM's pricing page; the totals are calculated here.
Three seats: the minimum purchase
Basic: 3 × $12 × 12 = $432 a year, equivalent to $36 a month.
Standard: 3 × $17 × 12 = $612 a year, equivalent to $51 a month.
Pro: 3 × $28 × 12 = $1,008 a year, equivalent to $84 a month.
A founder with two sellers should therefore budget the whole account bill. The $12 headline does not mean the business can buy a single $12 subscription.
Five seats: a small sales pod
Basic: 5 × $12 × 12 = $720 a year, equivalent to $60 a month.
Standard: 5 × $17 × 12 = $1,020 a year, equivalent to $85 a month.
Pro: 5 × $28 × 12 = $1,680 a year, equivalent to $140 a month.
For a five-person B2B sales business, Basic to Standard adds $300 a year. Standard to Pro adds $660. Judge those increments against the specific task you can stop doing manually.
Ten seats: a larger sales operation
Basic: 10 × $12 × 12 = $1,440 a year, equivalent to $120 a month.
Standard: 10 × $17 × 12 = $2,040 a year, equivalent to $170 a month.
Pro: 10 × $28 × 12 = $3,360 a year, equivalent to $280 a month.
The Standard to Pro premium is now $1,320 a year. A feature used by one rep still needs to justify the account's plan upgrade. These are also the bills for six, seven, eight or nine active sellers because they fall inside the ten-seat purchase block.
Ultimate at three, five and ten seats is custom-priced in every case. The public page supplies no rate from which to calculate any of those annual totals. Ask for the yearly account price and AI usage terms together.
monday sales CRM pricing: what each plan buys
Choose Basic for manual record keeping, Standard for the listed agents and smaller automation volumes, and Pro for sequences or the AI workflow builder. Team size does not automatically decide the tier: a small outbound business can need Pro before a larger business with a simple manual process.
The limits in this section are from the live CRM pricing cards. Use the numeric caps on those cards when a feature description sounds broader.
Basic: pay for a shared sales record
Basic includes one workspace, one custom dashboard, 1,000 active contacts and deals, a maximum of five columns per board, and 20 quotes and invoices a month.
A three-person local services company that records enquiries, assigns follow-ups and tracks a modest set of active deals can start its evaluation here. The five-column limit matters if your process needs separate fields for source, territory, qualification, owner and next action alongside other information. Count the fields your actual board requires before buying.
Skip Basic if the purchase is supposed to deliver the caller, lead sourcer or notetaker with an explicit included-credit allowance. Its card says AI Usage, but does not make the same credit-inclusion statement as the higher tiers.
Standard: the entry point for the listed AI agents
Standard includes three workspaces, five custom dashboards, 10,000 active contacts and deals, 15 columns per board, 50 quotes and invoices a month, and 250 custom automations a month. It adds a centralized communications hub and explicitly includes AI credits.
For a five-person agency handling inbound enquiries, the practical question is how many automatic actions each new enquiry causes. As an illustration, 100 leads with three custom automation executions each would mean 300 executions, above the advertised 250 monthly allowance. Verify what your actual recipes consume during the trial; this example does not convert automation actions into AI credits.
Standard is a sensible shortlist when agents and a small amount of automatic administration are the job. It is a poor purchase if your required feature is the AI workflow builder or the email sequences listed on Pro.
Pro: sequences, linked AI workflows and more capacity
Pro includes 15 workspaces, 50 custom dashboards, 100,000 active contacts and deals, 75 columns per board, 250 quotes and invoices a month, and 25,000 custom automations a month. It adds mass email, email sequences and the AI workflow builder.
An email sequence is a planned series of follow-ups. A B2B seller who needs those follow-ups to continue after the first message should compare Pro with competitors' sequence tiers. Comparing Basic with an automation-heavy competitor hides the feature that caused the purchase.
Pro's larger automation allowance and its AI workflow builder are separate benefits. The former increases the advertised capacity for custom automations; the latter links AI agents, triggers and actions. Neither statement establishes unlimited AI consumption.
monday.com enterprise features: Ultimate is the CRM quote tier
Ultimate is the current name for monday CRM's former Enterprise tier. It lists unlimited workspaces, contacts and deals, custom dashboards, columns per board, and quotes and invoices, alongside enterprise-scale automations and 25,000 API calls a day.
It also lists advanced permissions, security and governance, HIPAA compliance, advanced log rules, tailored onboarding, prioritized support and migration assistance. A small sales business may need a quote because of a required access control or compliance obligation, even when its record count is modest.
Get Ultimate priced for that named requirement. Its custom rate prevents a public claim that it is cheaper than any competing enterprise plan.

Which AI agents are included, and what costs extra?
Standard, Pro and Ultimate explicitly include AI credits and list the outreach caller, lead sourcer and AI meeting notetaker. Pro adds the AI workflow builder. Buying Pro only to gain access to those three agents would overlook what Standard already lists.
The live pricing page describes three different jobs:
- Outreach caller agent: calls, qualifies and engages leads using your playbook, then logs call summaries in the CRM.
- Lead sourcer agent: finds and enriches leads that match your target profile.
- AI meeting notetaker: turns meeting conversations into actionable insights.
The same paid AI cards also list a custom agent builder, meeting preparation, the Sidekick work assistant, Vibe app builder and AI-powered data fields. Those fields can fill, categorize or summarize record information. Feature access tells you what a plan offers; it does not tell you how much of every job your subscription pays for.
The visible CRM pricing page does not publish numeric credit allowances, extra-credit prices or a conversion from credits to calls, leads or meeting hours. It also does not state a credit-expiry rule. There is therefore no defensible public calculation of monday's AI cost per sourced lead or call from this page alone.
For the five-person sales pod, ask for a usage quote against the caller, sourcer and notetaker volumes you expect. Ask whether credits are shared or allocated to users, which actions consume them, what happens when they run out, whether telephony adds charges, and whether unused credits expire. These are questions to settle in your quote, rather than assumptions about the product.
When does Pro pay for itself?
Pro must return more value than its $11 per seat monthly premium over Standard. For five seats, that is $55 a month in annual-billing equivalents, or $660 a year.
Suppose the sales manager values combined administrative time at $30 an hour, an illustrative business assumption. Saving 110 minutes across the whole business each month would cover that $55 premium. That is a break-even target, not a reported time saving from monday.
The smaller Basic to Standard upgrade costs $25 a month for five seats. At the same assumed labor value, its break-even is 50 minutes. A company that needs only the listed agents should evaluate that upgrade before paying for Pro's extra workflow capability.
You can also allocate the software bill to outcomes you already measure. If the five sellers produce 20 qualified meetings a month, Standard's $85 monthly equivalent allocates $4.25 per meeting; Pro's $140 allocates $7 per meeting. Those illustrative figures divide the base CRM bill by business output. They do not imply that an AI agent generates a meeting for that price, and additional usage would increase them.
Upgrade when the feature is required or the measured time value clears its premium. Staying on a cheaper tier that cannot run your sales process saves nothing useful.
Is monday CRM cheaper than Pipedrive?
monday Pro costs less than Pipedrive Growth for the same number of annual-billed seats, but their included capabilities still need comparison. Pipedrive is a sales CRM organized around leads, deals and the pipeline, the stages a prospect moves through before purchase.
Pipedrive's live pricing page lists Lite at $14, Growth at $39 and Premium at $59 per seat a month billed annually. At three, five and ten seats, respectively:
- Lite: $504, $840 and $1,680 a year.
- Growth: $1,404, $2,340 and $4,680 a year.
- Premium: $2,124, $3,540 and $7,080 a year.

Pipedrive Lite already lists Nova meeting intelligence, including meeting preparation, call transcripts and suggested CRM updates. A notetaker requirement alone is therefore a weak reason to compare monday Standard only with Pipedrive's higher plans.
Growth is the more relevant Pipedrive tier when full email sync, automation and nurturing sequences drive the purchase. Premium adds lead generation and routing, custom scoring and company enrichment, and AI-powered email tools. Price the add-ons and usage your particular job requires; the pricing page also lists separately purchasable add-ons.
For sequences, at matching three, five or ten seat counts, monday Pro at $28 versus Pipedrive Growth at $39 gives monday a base-subscription advantage of $396, $660 or $1,320 a year at three, five or ten seats. Neither this comparison nor the AI labels establish identical output quality or included consumption.
The seat blocks can reverse that result between those counts. Six active sellers cost $3,360 a year on monday Pro because they buy ten seats, versus $2,808 for six Pipedrive Growth seats. Pipedrive is $552 cheaper before extras. With seven active sellers, Growth is $3,276, still below monday's $3,360. At eight, Growth reaches $3,744 and monday's base bill becomes lower again. These crossovers use the documented monday seat blocks and the live vendor rates.
For five sellers, Pro is $140 a month in annual equivalents and Growth is $195. monday's net additional costs must stay below $55 a month for Pro to remain cheaper. At $55, the bills reach parity. If monday needs more extra AI spend than Pipedrive, subtract Pipedrive's own extra spend before comparing the gap. Include switching and setup costs in the first-year decision as well.

Keep Pipedrive on the shortlist if its pipeline and meeting workflow already fit how your sellers work. Paying a higher seat bill can still be sensible if changing systems creates more administration than it removes.
Is monday CRM cheaper than HubSpot?
monday is much cheaper than HubSpot Sales Hub Professional at these seat counts, while HubSpot's displayed Starter offer is cheaper than monday. HubSpot Sales Hub is the sales product within HubSpot's broader customer platform.
The live Sales Hub pricing page currently displays Starter starting at $7 per seat a month with the annual option, alongside $20. At that displayed starting rate, three, five and ten seats annualize to $252, $420 and $840 if the offer applies for the year. That is conditional offer arithmetic, rather than a guaranteed renewal quote.
The product catalog lists Sales Hub Starter starting at $20 per seat a month. Annualizing that rate gives $720, $1,200 and $2,400. Confirm the offer terms and renewal price before building a lasting budget around the lower display.

HubSpot Free is limited to two users, so it is not the paid-seat comparison for three to ten active sellers.
Starter's current card lists agent access and a notetaker, so cheap does not automatically mean no AI. It includes credits, and the page offers additional credits through packs or Pay-as-You-Go. Agent usage can therefore add to a low seat bill.
The larger jump comes when your required sales workflow needs Professional, which starts at $90 per seat a month with annual payment, plus required $1,500 one-time onboarding. Before extra usage or other products, the first-year totals are:
- Three Sales Seats: $3,240 subscription + $1,500 onboarding = $4,740.
- Five Sales Seats: $5,400 subscription + $1,500 onboarding = $6,900.
- Ten Sales Seats: $10,800 subscription + $1,500 onboarding = $12,300.
Professional lists sequences, forecasting and conversation intelligence. For full Professional sales functionality, budget the actual Sales Seats your reps need; a cheaper Core Seat or free View-Only Seat is not a substitute. The catalog says new customers have no additional seat minimums.
For five sellers, monday Pro's $1,680 annual subscription is $5,220 below HubSpot Professional's $6,900 first year. That gap is large, but it does not price the value of an existing HubSpot setup or make the products interchangeable. If the advanced HubSpot tier exceeds your budget, use the HubSpot alternatives shortlist to choose the replacement workflow before migrating.
monday.com pricing: free plans and billing costs to separate
monday CRM's free trial and monday Work Management's permanent free plan are different offers. Buying the wrong product or assuming every AI action is included can undermine a carefully compared seat price.
monday CRM free plan: a trial, rather than a permanent sales account
The CRM pricing FAQ gives a 14-day trial and says you need a paid plan afterward for full features. The page advertises no credit card needed. Qualified nonprofits may receive free or discounted access after applying, but that is an eligibility program, not a general free tier for sales businesses.
A solo seller who wants to avoid the three-seat purchase should compare a different starting CRM. The best AI CRM for startups guide separates shared sales systems from tools for personal relationships and very small businesses.
monday.com free plan features belong to Work Management
The separate Work Management pricing page lists Free at $0 forever for up to two seats, with three boards, three Docs and eight column types. A board is a structured list of records or tasks; its columns hold their fields.
Who never needs to pay? A person, or a pair, whose work fits those free tracking limits and who does not require the paid CRM sales workflow can stay on that product's free offer. A business needing three to ten active CRM sellers does not meet that description.
The current student guidance recommends the Free Plan and invites students to contact support if it is unsuitable. It does not promise a fixed student discount on monday CRM.
Annual commitment, credits and technical limits
Annual billing reduces the displayed subscription rate, but the cash leaves upfront. For five seats, twelve months at the monthly card amounts would total $1,080 for Basic, $1,500 for Standard or $2,460 for Pro, compared with $720, $1,020 and $1,680 on annual billing. These are dollar comparisons of the displayed amounts, not a blanket percentage discount.
The vendor's pricing FAQ describes a prorated refund when an annual subscription paid within the last 30 days is cancelled. It also says there are no downgrade refunds after the refund period. That wording matters if you plan to hire sellers and later remove seats. Read the applicable purchase terms before committing to the larger account.
For AI, monday's visible CRM page leaves the allowance, extra-credit price and expiry unstated. HubSpot's catalog is explicit that its credits reset monthly, do not roll over and are not added together across products. Do not carry a rule from one vendor into the other.
Keep API calls, automation executions and AI credits separate. An API call lets another system read or update data; an automation executes a configured task; a credit meters an AI feature's work. Ultimate's daily API figure is not a monthly automation allowance or a price for running a model through an API. The CRM seat table does not establish a separate AI model-token price.
For price history, the current page confirms that Ultimate is the new Enterprise name. A renamed plan is not proof of a price increase. Budget from the current cards rather than treating an older review's rates as today's checkout price.
Choose the smallest plan that completes your sales process
Use Standard as the monday starting shortlist for its listed agents; use Pro when sequences, the AI workflow builder or the higher capacity is required. Keep HubSpot Starter in the price comparison if its offer and workflow fit. Compare Pro with Pipedrive Growth when automated follow-up is the job, and give Pipedrive particular attention at six or seven active sellers because monday requires the ten-seat purchase.
For a five-person B2B sales business, make the next workweek's decision concrete:
Count the purchased seats
List the people who will actively use the sales system. Get the checkout price for that roster and keep the three-seat minimum and five-seat blocks in the annual budget. If you hire another seller, confirm the purchased seat quantity again.
Run the handoff you need
Use a real enquiry and meeting in the trial. Check that the contact, conversation and next action reach the record you need. Try the specific agent or sequence that justifies the chosen tier.
Estimate the monthly work
Count expected leads, meetings and automation executions. Ask for the included AI allowance, how those jobs consume it and the extra usage quote. Price required third-party tools alongside the CRM.
Compare the full first year
Add subscription, required onboarding, extra usage, migration time and tax. For five Pro seats against Pipedrive Growth, compare net extras with the $55 monthly gap. Confirm the annual commitment and renewal terms before paying.
Frequently asked questions
How much does Monday.com cost per user?
For monday CRM, Basic is $12, Standard $17 and Pro $28 per seat a month billed annually; Ultimate is custom. The minimum is three seats. monday.com's other products have their own pricing.
How much do CRM programs cost?
In this shortlist, the annual-billing starting rates are monday CRM Basic at $12 and Pipedrive Lite at $14 per seat monthly. HubSpot's live page displays Starter from $7, subject to the applicable offer. Automation, onboarding and additional AI usage can change the business's total substantially.
Is Monday an Israeli company?
Yes. monday.com's official company information lists its headquarters in Tel Aviv, Israel, and its public listing as NASDAQ: MNDY.
Is Monday a CRM system?
monday CRM is monday.com's product for leads, contacts and deals. Work Management is a separate product with separate pricing; its free plan is not a permanent free monday CRM account.
Is monday CRM really free?
The live pricing page offers a 14-day trial, not a general forever-free CRM tier. It says you need a paid plan afterward for full features; qualified nonprofits may have separate free or discounted access.
Why is Monday.com falling?
If you mean the stock, a cause needs a specific trading date and announcement. A share-price decline does not establish a CRM subscription discount; use the current plan prices for a software budget.
Who is Monday.com owned by?
monday.com Ltd. is publicly traded on Nasdaq under MNDY and is owned by its shareholders. Its quarterly report identifies Roy Mann and Eran Zinman as co-founders and co-CEOs.
Why did the market crash on Monday?
That phrasing refers to a weekday and a financial-market event, rather than monday CRM. It does not identify a dated event from which to explain a crash or change this software's subscription price.
Is Monday.com a profitable company?
The company's Q2 2026 report shows positive GAAP net income and a GAAP operating loss. Those are different profitability measures; a blanket yes or no would omit that distinction.
Is there an option for a monthly monday CRM price?
Yes. The pricing page offers monthly billing. Its cards show higher reference amounts of $18 for Basic, $25 for Standard and $41 for Pro per seat, alongside the lower annual rates. Annual monthly equivalents require the yearly purchase upfront.
Can I change my mind?
The pricing FAQ says an annual subscription paid within the last 30 days can receive a prorated refund on cancellation. It also says no refunds for downgrades after the refund period. This is the vendor's stated policy, rather than a promise of a full refund in every situation.
Do you offer any discounted plans for monday CRM?
The vendor offers lower annual-billing rates and says qualified nonprofits can apply for free or discounted access. Its current student guide recommends the separate Free Plan and contacting support; it does not publish a guaranteed student CRM discount.
