Apollo Pricing (2026): What One to Five Reps Pay
Apollo plans, credit costs and dialer fees verified in October 2026, with annual budgets for one, three and five sales reps.

Apollo pricing starts at $0, but a paid setup starts at $588 per rep per year on Basic. Professional is $948 per rep per year; adding Advanced Dialer brings one rep to $2,376, three to $4,272 and five to $6,168 before tax, using the credit budget below.
Apollo.io is a sales platform that combines a prospecting database with email follow-up, research and calling. For a founder or first sales hire, the purchasing decision is how much usable outreach the subscription supports, and which features the seller needs to do the job.
Verified against Apollo's live pricing page in October 2026, on 2 October, including both billing views in a rendered browser and the calculator's credit-price dialog. Prices below are published USD rates, excluding applicable taxes. Apollo's help-center rules were checked on the same date.
Apollo Pricing: Every Plan at a Glance
Apollo charges by seat for paid plans, then meters data and calling through credits. Annual prices are monthly equivalents of an upfront yearly purchase.
Source: Apollo's pricing page, verified 2 October 2026. Monthly and annual credit amounts are alternative billing arrangements, not allowances you receive together.
Organization's minimum purchase is $4,284 a year: three seats × $119 × 12. Its monthly view displays $149 and 6,000 credits per seat, but the card explicitly says “Annual Only.” Treat that display as a reference, not a confirmed month-to-month subscription. The annual view confirms $119 and 72,000 upfront credits per seat.
The priced top-tier card is called Organization. Apollo's FAQ also describes a Custom plan for tailored volumes and enterprise requirements; it publishes no fixed Custom price or credit allowance. Obtain a quote for that arrangement rather than treating a negotiated contract as the Organization list price.

Apollo Plans: Which Tier Is Worth Paying For?
Basic is the starting paid choice for one seller using one mailbox. Upgrade when a named workflow constraint makes the next tier worth its additional annual commitment.
Apollo Free Plan: Who Can Stay at $0?
Apollo's Free plan can remain enough for a founder who prospects occasionally, researches accounts manually and needs a small number of new email addresses. It includes one mailbox per user and two sequences per team; a sequence is a scheduled series of outreach steps.
The limiting number is 75 credits each month. At one credit per email, that supports at most 75 new verified email reveals before other activity. An email plus a personal phone reveal costs nine credits, so the same monthly balance covers eight such pairs with three credits left.
Free has no included dialer and is limited to one seat as an account plan. It is useful for a small ongoing sales effort or evaluating the workflow. A founder who needs fewer than the monthly allowance and handles calling elsewhere may never need to pay. A full-time hire building fresh lists every week will need more capacity.
Basic: Pay for the First Repeatable Outbound Process
Basic costs $65 monthly or $588 annually and includes the US dialer, with usage charged in credits. Its one-mailbox limit is often a good fit for a first hire working a focused list. Paid access also includes unlimited sequences and the listed CRM integrations.
Buying annual saves $192 against twelve $65 payments. That saving is useful once your audience and workflow are stable; paying monthly first keeps the initial commitment smaller while you establish them.
Professional: Upgrade for Mailboxes and Testing
Professional costs $99 monthly or $948 annually. It supports unlimited Google and Microsoft mailboxes plus five SMTP mailboxes per user; SMTP is the connection standard used by other email providers. It also adds A/Z testing, which compares different sequence variants.
The annual upgrade from Basic is $360 per seat. If your rep needs multiple connected mailboxes, Professional has a concrete reason to exist. If the only shortage is credits, compare a top-up first: annual Basic plus 20,000 extra credits costs $908, just $40 below Professional.
Free and Basic also list a 250-email daily sending limit. Professional's “Unlimited” sending entitlement is subject to fair use and the constraints of the connected mailbox; it is not a recommended sending volume.
Organization and Custom: Buy a Specific Requirement
Organization fits a team that needs its single sign-on, custom reports or advanced security controls. The three-seat floor makes it a $4,284 annual purchase even if only one person will prospect. Five seats cost $7,140 before add-ons.
Custom belongs in a sales conversation about the exact volume, seats and requirements. Put those commitments in the quote. A larger allowance has little value if your small team will let the credits expire.
The Annual Cost for 1, 3 and 5 Reps
Professional plus Advanced Dialer costs $2,376, $4,272 or $6,168 annually for one, three or five reps. The dialer add-on is charged once per team, so multiplying it by every seat overstates the bill.
Calculated from Apollo's annual seat and team add-on prices. The final row covers the example below: 48 active outbound weeks, 1,000 credits per rep per week, one included caller number per user and an existing mailbox/domain. It excludes taxes, additional caller numbers, external tools and extra infrastructure or enrichment activity. One rep here means one paid user; count an additional founder seat if that person also needs paid access.
Professional's 48,000 annual credits cover that modeled workload exactly. Basic's 30,000 do not: each rep would need another 18,000 credits. For a solo seller, the published 20,000-credit annual top-up takes Basic to $908, or $2,336 with Advanced Dialer. Confirm a shared team top-up quantity in the account's price preview before choosing the Basic route for several reps.
If you pay monthly throughout the year, Basic seats total $780, $2,340 and $3,900 for those team sizes. Professional seats total $1,188, $3,564 and $5,940. Add the monthly-priced Advanced Dialer and Professional becomes $2,976, $5,352 or $7,728 over twelve payments. These are annualized monthly bills, not upfront annual-plan prices.
The team-priced dialer is $119 per rep per month at one rep, about $39.67 at three and $23.80 at five on annual billing. For a solo founder, buy that feature set only if it is central to the calling process.
Apollo Leads Pricing: Where Credits Run Out First
Personal phone reveals are the first large line item to watch in mixed outbound: each costs eight credits, compared with one for a verified email. Call time and research then consume the same shared budget.
Consider this illustrative outbound week for one rep, assuming the requested data is returned:
- 200 new verified emails × 1 credit = 200 credits.
- 50 personal phone reveals × 8 = 400 credits.
- One AI-research run for each of the 200 prospects = 200 credits.
- 100 billable connected US calling minutes, after rounding, × 2 = 200 credits.
Total: 1,000 credits a week. Phones take 40% of that balance; phones and calling together take 60%. This is a budgeting example, not an observed average or a claim about your data match rate.

Monthly Basic's 2,500 credits last two and a half such active weeks. Monthly Professional's 4,000 cover four. On annual billing, Basic's 30,000 cover 30 active weeks; Professional's 48,000 cover 48. A 52-week cadence needs 52,000 credits, so even Professional needs another 4,000 before additional activity.
The fastest way to change the bill is to reveal phones for everyone. Moving from 50 to 200 phones adds 150 × 8 = 1,200 credits a week, taking the example from 1,000 to 2,200. Reveal a mobile when someone is going to call that person; buying it for an email-only list consumes capacity without adding an outreach step.
At 200 new email-bearing prospects a week for 48 weeks, each rep creates 9,600 prospects. Professional plus Advanced Dialer works out to about $0.25 per prospect for one rep, $0.15 for three and $0.13 for five at this mix. Those figures allocate the subscription and add-on across the modeled activity. They are not prices per delivered email, accurate contact or booked meeting.
For the next denominator, use the Apollo, Clay and Smartlead stack analysis to budget accepted contacts and completed qualified meetings. Recalculate from your current prices and conversion results; its historical match-rate scenarios are not promises for your next campaign.
What Costs Extra: Credits, Phone Numbers and Dialing
The seat fee buys access and an allowance. Extra data volume, additional caller numbers and credit-consuming infrastructure can raise the cost of the setup. An email reveal costs one credit; a personal phone reveal costs eight; ordinary data enrichment is listed at one to eight, with email-plus-mobile API requests accounted for separately below.
Extra Credit Prices and the Basic-versus-Professional Decision
Apollo's public credit calculator lists these annual purchases: 1,000 credits for $25; 2,500 for $50; 5,000 for $100; 10,000 for $180. Larger annual quantities are 20,000 for $320; 50,000 for $800; 100,000 for $1,600; 250,000 for $3,750. They are shared across the team.
The monthly rate card uses the same quantities and dollar amounts per month, and also offers 400 credits for $10 monthly. A 20,000-credit annual purchase is therefore $320 for that year's extra balance, not $320 every month.
For the solo annual example, $588 Basic + $320 for 20,000 credits = $908 and 50,000 credits. Professional costs $948 and includes 48,000. The remaining decision is whether Professional's features are worth $40 more. The same comparison changes on monthly billing: $65 Basic + a $50, 2,500-credit top-up = $115, while $99 Professional includes 4,000 credits. Compare the term and the needed quantity together.
Add-on credits are recurring purchases, not one-time balances by default. Apollo's plan-management guide, updated 23 September 2026, says they renew with the subscription and expire at the cycle end. Remove temporary capacity before renewal.
There Are Three Different Phone Charges
Apollo charges for a prospect's personal number, your own extra caller numbers and connected call time. Keep them separate in the budget.
A prospect's personal number costs eight credits to reveal. Corporate or HQ phone numbers do not carry that phone-reveal charge, according to Apollo's phone-access guide, updated 6 May 2026.
Your caller number has its own allowance. Eligible paid plans include one active free number per user. Basic allows one total; Professional allows up to five, with additional numbers consuming monthly credits. The help center lists up to ten for Custom. The public caller-number guide, updated 12 August 2026, does not publish one universal price for extra numbers. Check your country and account's purchase preview.
Calling consumes credits after a connection. The US rate is one credit per 30 seconds. Apollo applies a 30-second minimum, then rounds longer calls up to the next 30 seconds. A person, voicemail or answering machine counts as a connection; busy, unanswered, failed and canceled attempts use zero calling credits. See the dialer rules, checked 2 October 2026.
Budget rounded connected time, including voicemail, rather than estimating from attempts or live conversations alone. Call-recording allowances are separate from calling usage.
Advanced Dialer Is a Team Add-On
Advanced Dialer costs $119 per team per month billed annually, or $149 billed monthly. It adds international, parallel and power dialing, plus local presence. Parallel dialing calls several numbers at once; power dialing advances through a list automatically.
The US dialer is already available on paid base plans. Add Advanced Dialer for the advanced calling workflow you need, then continue budgeting usage credits. International calling rates vary by region; the $1,428 annual add-on fee does not establish an unlimited international-minutes allowance.

Apollo AI Pricing: Research Uses the Shared Balance
Apollo lists one credit per AI-research run. Researching each prospect once in the 200-contact example uses 200 credits. That cost has to earn its place by helping the seller choose an account, write a relevant message or prepare a call.
Keep recurring research focused on the fields the seller uses. Automated research, enrichment and outreach can draw from the same pool, so review consumption by activity before increasing it.
Infrastructure, Exports and Optional Inbound
Apollo's credit-usage guide, updated 1 September 2026, includes domain and mailbox purchases, email warmup and other infrastructure activities. Check those charges if you provision the sending setup through Apollo. Existing email hosting and external sending tools remain separate business expenses.
The same guide says export credits may apply to certain plans or legacy configurations. There is no universal extra export fee to add blindly to every reveal. Check a small export and your account's usage history before moving a large list into another sender.
The optional Inbound add-on is $119 per team per month annually or $149 monthly. It is a separate website-visitor and form-enrichment purchase; the outbound cost example does not need it.
Annual Billing, Credit Expiry and Refunds
Annual billing reduces the seat rate but commits the cash upfront for a full year. Paid annual credits arrive upfront; Free's 900-year headline is still delivered as 75 monthly credits.
Included and purchased unused credits expire at the billing-cycle end. The team shares the pool, so one rep's bulk enrichment can use another's expected capacity. Apollo lets administrators review usage by person and activity; set a budget before turning on recurring enrichment.
The pricing FAQ says moving from annual to monthly requires waiting for the annual plan to expire, and mid-term downgrades do not refund unused time. Cancellations take effect at term end. Apollo's subscription terms generally make payments nonrefundable, subject to the exceptions in the agreement.
Data refunds are narrower still. Apollo's data-request guide, updated 18 August 2026, refunds a verified-email credit when you send inside Apollo within 30 days of requesting it and the message bounces. The refund arrives in the next cycle. Mobile-number credits are not refunded. Include verification costs when the database feeds a separate sender.
Apollo API Pricing: Count the Returned Fields
Apollo's API costs depend on the endpoint and returned data. An API is the connection software uses to request records automatically; access and rate limits also depend on your plan.
The current API price documentation, checked 2 October 2026, lists people enrichment at one to nine credits per person: one for demographics/email, plus eight if a mobile is returned. Organization search costs one credit per page, while administrative endpoints generally use zero credits. Waterfall enrichment, which checks providers in sequence, can cost more depending on the configured providers and matches.
A sales hire working in the app needs no extra API-only budget. A founder automating large enrichment jobs should price the exact endpoints, run a small request and inspect credit usage before scheduling it repeatedly.
Cheaper Contact Data for the Same Job
A smaller data subscription can cost less when your existing outreach process already works and the missing piece is contact information. Buy from the provider that returns usable records in your target market; the price card does not establish comparative accuracy.
Lusha is a contact-data option for a rep making a modest number of focused lookups. Lusha Starter currently costs $49.90 monthly or $37.45 per month billed yearly, $449.40 annually, including one seat and 400 monthly or 4,800 annual credits. Email reveals cost one credit and phones five: 200 emails plus 40 phones use 400 credits before exports or other actions. It is $15.10 below monthly Apollo Basic, with substantially less capacity. Choose it when that smaller workload fits; investigate the Lusha alternatives when volume or coverage does not.

FullEnrich fits a team that wants to search or enrich contacts across multiple data sources while keeping its outreach workflow. Its published USD schedule starts at $29 monthly for 500 credits, or $26 per month billed yearly, $312 for 6,000 annual credits, with unlimited users. The pricing page lists work emails at one credit and mobiles at ten; 200 emails plus 20 mobiles use 400 credits. Its waterfall and verification process is a reason to evaluate it for missing or poor records, not proof that it is more accurate than Apollo for your market. Budget the rest of the sending and calling setup separately.

At the example's 200-email/50-phone mix, data alone costs 600 Apollo credits, 450 Lusha credits or 700 FullEnrich credits. Neither alternative's entry allowance covers that whole batch; compare the plan or top-up that fits your real volume.
Alternative prices were checked on 2 October 2026. Lusha and FullEnrich are affiliate partners. If you need research across providers as well as sending, the Clay vs Apollo comparison helps decide whether to assemble a stack or keep the connected platform.
Apollo Free Trial: Confirm the Allowance Before You Budget
Apollo offers a 14-day Basic or Professional trial, but its published credit descriptions disagree. The pricing FAQ says 75 trial credits; the page-data tooltips say 50 lead credits. Confirm the actual allocation in your account before choosing the sample size.
The trial help page, updated 23 September 2026, caps trial prospect-phone access at 20 numbers and calling at 60 total minutes, with ten minutes maximum per call. It says dialing is available in the Professional trial, while Organization has no free trial.
Use the trial to evaluate the required workflow and a small reviewed list. Upgrading ends the trial immediately, and remaining trial credits do not carry into the paid plan.
Make the Budget Decision on Monday
Choose the smallest plan that supports the seller's actual week, then budget the usage separately.
Write the workload before choosing a tier
Count new email reveals, personal phone reveals, research runs and rounded connected minutes. Include all paid users and the number of active weeks you expect to work.
Check a small list from your target market
Review current employer and role, usable email and phone details. Use Free or the eligible trial to establish whether the data supports the job; a larger allowance cannot repair poor targeting.
Read the credit history and purchase preview
Open Settings → Credits and activity → Credit usage. Review email, phone, calling, research, exports and infrastructure separately, then use Admin Settings → Plan overview → Manage Subscription to inspect the proposed top-up or seat change.
Commit to the term you can justify
Start monthly while the audience or process is uncertain. Move to annual when the workload supports the commitment. Assign an owner to remove temporary recurring top-ups before renewal.
