Fyxer Pricing
See Fyxer pricing for one or several inboxes, the real annual team bill, and the time its drafts must save to earn the subscription.

Fyxer pricing starts at $30 per user monthly or $270 upfront for a year of Starter; Professional is $50 monthly or $450 upfront. Buy Starter for one inbox only after the trial shows at least 27 net minutes saved each month at an assumed $50/hour; pay for Professional when a second inbox or a named team feature clears the extra 18-minute threshold.
Fyxer is a partner of this site, and a qualifying signup may earn a commission. That relationship does not change the prices, calculations, or skip verdict below.
The figures were verified against Fyxer's live pricing page on 28 September 2026. This is pricing analysis, not a claim that the product was tested or that its time savings were measured.

Fyxer Pricing
Fyxer has two self-serve paid tiers: Starter for one inbox and calendar, and Professional for multiple inboxes and calendars. Enterprise is bespoke and aimed at organizations with at least 50 users.
The third column is a monthly equivalent, not a monthly invoice. Fyxer charges the full annual amount upfront. Monthly billing keeps cash flexible; annual billing cuts the plan-card rate by 25% and saves $90 per Starter seat or $150 per Professional seat over 12 monthly payments.
The purchase boundary is not simply solo versus team. A ten-person company can use Starter if every person needs only one inbox and the core features. One consultant needs Professional if that person must connect more than one inbox. Fyxer bills people as seats, while the plan determines how many inboxes each person can connect.
Fyxer AI Pricing: What Each Plan Buys
The plan ladder is simple on the card and more consequential at the workflow boundary. The higher tier does not buy a vague quality upgrade. It buys more inbox coverage and a named set of team and context features.
Starter: one inbox is the hard wall
Fyxer Starter costs $30 per user on monthly billing or $22.50 per user per month on annual billing. Its published allowance is one inbox and calendar. It organizes that inbox, drafts replies in the user's voice, and lists the meeting notetaker on the current pricing card.
Starter fits a founder, salesperson, consultant, or operator whose work arrives in one Gmail or Outlook inbox. It is poor value when the person spends most of the day across a work mailbox, a personal mailbox, and a shared address, because the first extra inbox forces the Professional decision.
Professional: multiple inboxes plus team features
Fyxer Professional costs $50 per user monthly or $37.50 per user per month annually. It adds multiple inboxes and calendars, scheduling across teams and time zones, Fyxer Chat over inbox and meeting-note context, HubSpot integration, file uploads for additional context, and an onboarding session with a specialist.
Professional makes sense when one of those additions has a specific owner and a measurable outcome. "We might use Chat" is not enough to support a $180 annual premium per seat. "The account director works from three inboxes and loses more time than the upgrade threshold switching and reconstructing context" is a testable reason.
Enterprise: the quote starts at organizational scale
Fyxer Enterprise has bespoke pricing and is positioned for 50 or more users. It adds a dedicated account manager, customized onboarding, marketing support, automated setup through SSO and SCIM, and customized security controls.
The published self-serve arithmetic stops here. A useful Enterprise quote needs the per-seat price, minimum term, implementation cost, support scope, data requirements, and the treatment of seats added or removed during the contract. Without those terms, extrapolating the Professional price is not a budget.
The free-plan truth
Fyxer does not list a permanent free plan for the full inbox assistant. It offers a 7-day trial for Starter and Professional. Its separate AI email generator and email rewriter are available without signup, but those utilities create or revise copy; they do not supply the paid assistant's inbox organization, automatic drafts, calendar connection, or meeting workflow.
Who never needs to pay? Someone who only needs occasional email wording, or an operator whose existing suite already supplies enough drafting and prioritization. A full Fyxer subscription should not be bought to replace a prompt pasted into a free writing box.
Fyxer Cost: The Annual Commitment and Second-Inbox Premium
The bill scales with active people, while the second-inbox decision changes the price of every seat in the organization. Fyxer's own billing rule is plan price multiplied by active seats, and all seats inside one organization must use the same plan.
For one person, moving from Starter to Professional adds $20 a month on monthly billing or $15 a month equivalent on annual billing. The annual premium is $180 upfront.
For five people, the same decision adds $100 each month or $900 to the annual commitment. For ten people, it adds $200 each month or $1,800 annually. That is why one executive's second inbox can be an expensive organization-wide requirement if the workspace cannot separate plans.

Fyxer counts a person as one seat regardless of how many inboxes that person connects on an eligible plan. The reverse matters too: five people with one inbox each are five seats, not one shared subscription. One payment method covers the organization.
There is also an avoidable billing risk. Fyxer's billing guide says the "Automatically add users for this domain" setting can turn a colleague's signup into a paid seat without a manual invitation. Fyxer calls that setting the most common cause of unexpected charges. Turn it off before a controlled pilot unless automatic rollout is intentional.
Payback Starts After Corrections
A generated draft has no economic value until review and correction take less time than the old workflow. Fyxer never sends on a user's behalf, so human review remains part of every reply.
Use this definition:
Net minutes saved = current sorting, writing, and meeting-follow-up time minus Fyxer review, correction, and exception-handling time.
At an explicitly assumed loaded time value of $50 per hour, each plan needs the following net saving per user each month:
- Starter annual: 27 minutes to recover the $22.50 monthly equivalent.
- Starter monthly: 36 minutes to recover the $30 cash charge.
- Professional annual: 45 minutes to recover the $37.50 monthly equivalent.
- Professional monthly: 60 minutes to recover the $50 cash charge.
- Professional upgrade over Starter: 18 minutes on annual billing or 24 minutes on monthly billing.
The last line is the second-inbox test. If a second inbox and the Professional-only features together remove more than 18 net minutes per user each month, the annual upgrade clears the assumed threshold. If correction, missed-message review, and administration consume those 18 minutes, Starter remains the better buy.
Team totals make the hurdle visible. Five annual Starter seats need 135 net team-minutes per month; five Professional seats need 225. Ten annual Starter seats need 270, while ten Professional seats need 450. These are required savings, not observed results.
The full cost also includes what Fyxer does not replace:
Decision cost = Fyxer subscription + unchanged email-suite bill - only a meeting-note subscription that is actually canceled.
Gmail or Outlook remains underneath Fyxer, so its suite bill does not disappear. A separate meeting-note subscription counts as a saving only after it is canceled and Fyxer's notes clear the required quality and consent rules. If meeting capture is a material part of the decision, compare the current invoice and limits against the Fireflies pricing breakdown rather than inserting a generic notes-tool estimate.
Run the Seven-Day Trial as a 100-Thread Test
The seven-day trial should answer one question: how many net minutes survive after mistakes and edits are counted? This analysis did not run that trial. The protocol below is reproducible, but it has no measured result until someone executes it and saves the raw outputs.
Use 100 synthetic business threads, not sensitive customer mail. The set should cover urgent requests, routine updates, scheduling, multi-person discussions, numerical commitments, attachments, and messages that need no reply. Keep the same source threads for the current workflow and the Fyxer workflow so difficulty does not change between passes.
Capture the current baseline
Process the synthetic set with the existing Gmail or Outlook rules, templates, and meeting workflow. Record total handling time, urgent messages missed, numerical mistakes, material edits, and messages assigned to the wrong action category.
Run the same work through Fyxer
Connect the trial account, apply the intended categorization settings, and process the identical source set. Time sorting, draft review, corrections, exception handling, and meeting follow-up separately.
Save the evidence
Keep the raw draft, final sent version, assigned category, timing record, and error label for every synthetic thread. A summary score without the underlying outputs cannot explain whether one bad result came from tone, facts, priority, or workflow setup.
Calculate net value
Subtract Fyxer handling and correction time from the baseline. Multiply net hours by the chosen loaded hourly value, then compare that value with the exact seat and plan bill. Count urgent misses and wrong numbers as quality failures even if they were fast to fix.

A pass requires more than positive minutes. Set a quality floor before the trial: no missed urgent thread that the current workflow catches, no wrong number left in a send-ready draft, and no increase in material edits. Only then use the time calculation. Fast but unreliable sorting is not savings; it moves the work into audit.
For a team pilot, choose representative seats instead of the easiest inbox. A founder with short replies, an account manager with numerical commitments, and an operator handling meeting follow-ups expose different failure modes. Do not annualize until each role clears both the quality floor and its own payback threshold.
Hidden Costs and Policy Details
Fyxer's public hidden costs are commitment and seat administration, not a published usage meter. The live pricing and billing pages do not list reply credits, a usage-overage schedule, credit expiry, or separate API pricing. The documented variables are active seats, plan changes, billing-cycle changes, proration, and applicable taxes.
The annual discount exchanges flexibility for cash timing. One Professional seat is shown as $37.50 per month, but the purchase is a $450 upfront commitment. Five seats put $2,250 on the card; ten put $4,500. Treat the monthly equivalent as a comparison unit, not the amount leaving the account each month.
The trial also needs a calendar reminder. Fyxer's trial billing policy says the account converts automatically to the selected Starter or Professional plan unless it is canceled through Dashboard, Settings, Billing before the trial ends. Seats present when billing begins are included in the first charge.
Refund protection depends on the billing cycle. Fyxer's refund policy offers a full refund when requested within 7 days of the initial monthly charge or 30 days of the initial annual charge. Requests outside those windows are not guaranteed, and approved funds typically take 5 to 10 business days to appear.
One entitlement deserves a checkout check. The current pricing cards list the meeting notetaker on Starter and Professional, while a separate Fyxer billing-help summary describes it under Professional. The live plan card is the pricing spine here, but do not cancel another notes subscription until the Starter trial confirms the entitlement in the account being bought.
Fyxer Review: Buy, Trial, or Skip?
The verdict is trial first, buy second, and annualize last. The product has a clear job: organize a Gmail or Outlook inbox, prepare replies for human approval, and capture meeting follow-up. Its hard wall is that one extra inbox triggers Professional, while correction time can quietly erase the value of generated drafts.
- Starter combines one-inbox organization, reply drafts, and a listed meeting notetaker for $22.50 per user per month on annual billing.
- Professional states the multiple-inbox boundary clearly and adds named scheduling, context, CRM, and onboarding features.
- Every email remains under human approval because Fyxer drafts but does not send.
- The seven-day trial and published refund windows create a bounded evaluation path.
- Annual prices are charged upfront, so the lowest displayed rate requires a full-year cash commitment.
- All organization seats use the same plan, which can make one person's Professional need an organization-wide premium.
- Auto-add domain can create paid seats without a manual invitation if an admin leaves it enabled.
- The public plan card and billing-help summary are inconsistent about Starter's meeting-notetaker entitlement.
Buy Starter when one inbox clears 27 net minutes a month at the assumed $50/hour and the quality floor holds. Buy Professional when multiple inboxes or its named team features clear 45 net minutes in total, including the 18-minute upgrade premium. Keep it monthly while usage is uncertain. Skip Fyxer when an included suite assistant already covers the work, mail lives outside the offered Gmail and Outlook paths, or draft correction consumes the apparent saving.
Fyxer Alternatives
Alternative choices should be judged on the same five fields: incremental cash, background inbox prioritization, draft mode, published multiple-inbox entitlement, and meeting capture. The labels below are based on current vendor pages, not hands-on tests. "Unpublished" means the plan page did not establish the entitlement, not that the product can never do it.
For reference, Fyxer Starter has a low annual cash score at $22.50, strong background organization, automatic drafts for review, a published one-inbox limit, and a listed notetaker. Professional costs $37.50 annually, keeps the same inbox and draft strengths, publishes multiple-inbox support, and retains meeting notes.
Fyxer AI vs Superhuman
Superhuman Business costs $33 per member per month billed annually or $40 monthly. Its current plan includes Superhuman Mail, AI inbox organization, personalized email writing, and direct HubSpot, Salesforce, and Pipedrive updates.

Same-rubric score: incremental cash is lower than Fyxer Professional but higher than Starter; inbox prioritization is strong; personalized drafting is strong; a multiple-inbox allowance is unpublished on the plan page; meeting capture is unpublished on the plan page.
At five annual seats, Superhuman Business is $1,980, compared with $2,250 for Fyxer Professional. That $270 difference is useful only if both plans cover the required job. Pick Superhuman when its mail experience and CRM surfaces matter more than Fyxer's published multi-inbox and meeting workflow. Pick Fyxer when those two entitlements are the reason for buying. Skip both if the existing suite clears the test.
Fyxer AI vs Copilot
Microsoft 365 Copilot Business is currently shown at $18 per user per month paid yearly for the first promotional year, beside a regular $21 starting price. The promotion runs through 31 December 2026, requires an annual commitment, and is only for existing customers with an eligible Microsoft 365 Business plan.

Same-rubric score: incremental cash is strong for an eligible Microsoft customer; incoming-message prioritization is strong; full email drafts are prompt-driven rather than Fyxer's automatic prewritten drafts; a multiple-inbox entitlement is unpublished on the plan page; meeting capture is partial because intelligent recap is tied to the Teams workflow.
The cheaper baseline comes first. Microsoft's pricing page says Copilot Chat is available at no additional cost with eligible Microsoft 365 plans and includes Copilot in Outlook. Try that entitlement before adding another subscription. Paid Copilot earns its add-on when Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint context matter together. Fyxer earns the higher annual price when background triage, automatic drafts, and inbox-plus-meeting administration are the narrower job.
The Google Workspace Baseline
Google Workspace Business Standard costs $14 per user per month on an annual or fixed-term plan, or $16.80 on a flexible plan, and includes Gemini in Gmail, Docs, Meet, and other Workspace surfaces. For a company already paying that bill, the incremental subscription cost of using the included AI is $0. The underlying Workspace charge remains.

Same-rubric score: incremental cash is strongest for an existing customer; inbox help is partial because Gemini works through searches, summaries, suggested replies, and prompts; drafting is prompt-driven; a multiple-inbox entitlement is unpublished in the AI plan description; meeting capture is not credited from the plan page.
Use the included baseline first. If prompted writing and summaries remove enough work, Fyxer adds cost without adding economic value. If the remaining burden is background sorting, ready-made replies, and meeting follow-up across the inbox, run the Fyxer trial against that baseline rather than against a fully manual workflow.
The decision rule stays consistent across every alternative: buy the least expensive option that passes the same quality floor and produces enough net minutes to clear its incremental bill. A lower plan price does not win when it leaves the expensive part of the workflow untouched.
Pricing FAQ
Is Fyxer AI worth it?
Fyxer is worth it when measured net time after sorting errors and draft corrections clears the subscription threshold. At the assumed $50/hour, annual Starter needs 27 net minutes per user each month and annual Professional needs 45; those are required savings, not measured claims.
What are some good alternatives to Fyxer?
Superhuman Business is the closest paid inbox alternative in this analysis. Microsoft 365 Copilot and Google Workspace Gemini are stronger baselines when the company already pays for those suites. Compare all of them on cash, automatic prioritization, draft mode, multiple-inbox coverage, and meeting capture.
Is there a free version of Fyxer AI?
Fyxer lists a seven-day trial but no permanent free plan for the full assistant. Its separate AI email generator and rewriter are available without signup, but they do not organize an inbox or provide the connected meeting workflow.
What is the best AI email app?
The best app is the least expensive one that handles the actual inbox provider, works across the required number of inboxes, and saves time after correction. Fyxer is strongest when automatic sorting, prewritten drafts, and meeting follow-up belong in one Gmail or Outlook workflow.
What is the most hacked email provider?
There is no defensible timeless answer because incidents, disclosure practices, and account controls change. Do not choose an inbox assistant from a static breach ranking; evaluate current provider advisories, identity controls, access scope, and the assistant vendor's security documentation separately.
Is there a free AI email generator?
Yes. Fyxer's pricing page links a free AI email generator and email rewriter that require no signup. They solve occasional copy generation, not ongoing inbox organization or automatic draft preparation.
Which AI is 100% free?
No full inbox assistant in this comparison should be described as unconditionally free. Fyxer has free writing utilities, and Copilot Chat can have no additional cost on an eligible Microsoft 365 plan, but the surrounding email suite and feature boundaries still matter.
Can ChatGPT create an email?
Yes. ChatGPT can draft email copy, but the result still needs review. That prompted writing job is narrower than Fyxer's connected inbox sorting, automatic draft, and meeting workflow.
How much does an AI email cost?
The incremental price can be $0 when an already-paid eligible suite covers the job. Fyxer itself costs $22.50 to $50 per user per month depending on plan and billing term, with annual amounts charged upfront.
Does Fyxer offer a student discount?
Fyxer does not list a student discount on its live public pricing page as of 28 September 2026. Check the account billing area for a current offer or ask support before paying; do not assume an unlisted discount.
What is Fyxer's refund policy?
Fyxer says a full refund is available when requested within seven days of the initial monthly charge or 30 days of the initial annual charge. Requests outside those windows are not guaranteed.
Has Fyxer pricing changed?
No vendor-published price history was found on the live pricing or billing pages in this verification run. The defensible current figures are $30 monthly or $22.50 annually for Starter and $50 monthly or $37.50 annually for Professional, verified 28 September 2026.
The Monday Move
Start with one controlled seat on monthly billing and let the seven-day evidence choose the tier. Do not expose the whole company to an unmeasured seat multiplier.
Define the inbox boundary
List the inboxes and calendars the pilot user must connect. One inbox starts on Starter. More than one inbox starts a Professional test, not an automatic annual purchase.
Protect the pilot
Turn off auto-add domain, confirm the selected plan and seat count, and set a reminder before the trial converts. Keep the existing suite and notes workflow active so the comparison has a baseline.
Measure the paired workload
Run the 100 synthetic threads, preserve the raw drafts and classifications, and include every correction and exception in handling time. Reject the workflow if it misses an urgent message or leaves a wrong number in a send-ready draft.
Apply the threshold
Buy Starter only above 27 net minutes per user each month on annual economics. Buy Professional above 45 minutes, with at least 18 minutes attributable to the second inbox or Professional-only features. Stay monthly or skip when the result is close.
