Lemlist Pricing: Seats, Credits and Sending Costs

lemlist pricing starts at $69 a month for an Email team with unlimited users, or $109 per user per month for Multichannel. Data credits, hosted mailboxes and optional channels sit on top: a solo founder's worked bill starts at $94 a month, before domains and tax.

Verified against lemlist's live pricing page and help center on 8 October 2026. All prices below are in US dollars. Quarterly and annual figures are monthly equivalents at those billing frequencies. Worked totals are calculations using published rates and stated workloads, rather than vendor quotes. Displayed prices exclude VAT. Pricing and billing details.

Lemlist Pricing: Every Current Plan

lemlist, an outbound sales platform for contacting prospects, has two different pricing meters: Email charges for a team's sending volume; Multichannel charges for each user. Hiring another person does not increase the Email plan's base fee. Adding a Multichannel user does.

The live page calls the seat-based plan Multichannel; the help center calls it Multichannel Expert. They describe the same current offer.

Quarterly Email prices are $62, $80, $143, $323 and $593 per month, in the same ascending sending-volume order as the table. Custom volume requires a quote. Quarterly Multichannel is $99 per user per month, as published in the live pricing page's billing data. Use that amount rather than calculating a new price from its advertised discount percentage.

Enterprise requires an annual commitment and at least 5 seats. The pricing page lists monthly or quarterly invoicing of an annual plan as an Enterprise option; those are negotiated payment schedules, not public month-to-month or quarterly subscription rates. No fixed Enterprise price is published.

At full utilization, the monthly Email tiers cost a calculated $1.38 per 1,000 sends at 50,000 emails, and $0.89 per 1,000 at 100,000. These are software costs only. Empty capacity does not produce the same unit economics, and finding the people to email is a separate expense.

What Each Plan Includes

Choose Email unless you need lemlist to execute LinkedIn actions or calls. Paying for unused channels is the easiest way to inflate a founder's outreach budget.

Email includes unlimited users, sending addresses and contacts. Its cap counts the entire team's emails across campaigns, the inbox and the contact panel. It also includes warm-up, deliverability tools, access to the lead database, finder features, AI agents, CRM integrations and API access. Having a finder available does not mean its searches are free.

When you hit the sending cap, campaigns pause. An upgrade takes effect immediately; a downgrade waits until the billing period ends. The jump from 50,000 to 100,000 sends adds $20 a month to the software fee. The next jump, to 200,000, adds $70. Limits and tier changes.

Multichannel adds automated LinkedIn activity, in-app calling, SMS automation and a unified inbox. Contacts, emails and messages are unlimited. It includes 5 sending-address connections per user, 400 enrichment credits per user per month, and a separate 400 calling minutes per user per month. WhatsApp is an extra subscription. The plan also includes 5 guest seats per account.

Enterprise adds custom permissions, an account manager, priority support and advanced login security, including SSO/SAML, which lets a company manage access through its identity system. New customers receive 400 enrichment credits and 800 calling minutes per user per month. Contacts remain unlimited; the contract determines custom sender capacity and other requirements.

The legacy Email Pro plan is not the new-buyer offer in the table. Existing customers retain their current price and terms, and some have different included credits. Use your billing screen for that account, rather than treating a legacy allowance as available on today's Email plan.

Choose channels first: Email scales by sending volume; Multichannel scales by users.

Credits Pay for Data and Extra Usage

Credits are a shared usage balance, separate from sending capacity. Unlimited contacts means you can store contacts; it does not mean lemlist will find unlimited email addresses or phone numbers for you.

The credit guide publishes these action rates:

  • Email finder plus verifier: 5 credits per returned deliverable or risky email. Missing or unverified results are not charged.
  • Phone finder: 20 credits per returned number. A number that later proves incorrect can still have been charged.
  • LinkedIn enrichment: 1 credit to add profile information.
  • SMS: 6 credits per message. Channel access does not include unlimited paid messages.
  • AI variables: 1 credit per successful request. These are generated fields used to personalize outreach.
  • AI contact sourcing: 1 credit per company searched, including searches that do not find a contact.

One Multichannel user's 400 included credits buy 80 email finds or 20 phone finds, if spent entirely on that action. They do not buy both. A rep researching phone-led accounts can exhaust the allowance without sending much email at all.

Calling minutes are a separate allowance

Use the included calling minutes before buying extra time. The 400 monthly calling minutes on Multichannel are separate from its 400 enrichment credits. Additional time costs 4 credits per billed minute.

Calls round up to whole minutes, then apply a destination multiplier of 1, 2, 4 or 8. A one-minute Basic-tier call uses one billed minute; a one-minute Premium-tier call uses eight. A short connected call still uses a full billed minute. Manual unanswered calls are not debited, while unanswered Power Dialer calls are billed as one minute. Calling tiers and rounding.

On the smallest monthly credit pack, that makes additional Basic-tier time a calculated $0.04 per billed minute. A one-minute Premium call costs 32 credits, or $0.32, on the same pack. Those are calculations from credit prices, not the estimated telecom costs shown elsewhere in the calling documentation.

Every published enrichment credit pack

Subscribe for recurring demand; top up for an occasional spike. Below, subscription amounts are monthly equivalents in monthly / quarterly / annual order; the final amount is the one-off purchase price. Published credit catalog.

  • 2,000 credits: $20 / $18 / $16; one-off $28.
  • 5,000 credits: $49 / $44 / $39; one-off $70.
  • 10,000 credits: $94 / $85 / $75; one-off $134.
  • 25,000 credits: $225 / $203 / $180; one-off $322.
  • 50,000 credits: $441 / $397 / $353; one-off $630.
  • 100,000 credits: $833 / $750 / $666; one-off $1,190.
  • 200,000 credits: $1,568 / $1,411 / $1,254; one-off $2,240.

Higher credit volumes require a custom amount. Credits arrive monthly even when you pay quarterly or yearly. Annual payment does not release the whole year's usage balance immediately.

The 2,000-credit monthly subscription buys up to 400 email finds for $20, a calculated $0.05 per found email. Its annual equivalent makes that $0.04. The $28 one-off purchase costs 40% more than the $20 monthly subscription for the same balance. A credit therefore has a pack-dependent cost; “one credit always costs one cent” is not a universal pricing rule.

Rollover depends on which credits you bought

Included credits reset; paid subscription credits roll over while that add-on remains active. lemlist consumes the included balance before the paid balance.

Cancel the credit add-on and its accumulated credits expire at the next anniversary date. One-off top-up and gift credits remain usable while the account exists, according to the help center. The credit subscription has its own billing cycle, and cancelling the platform does not cancel that subscription. Upgrading a credit subscription also resets its cycle without proration. Credit rules.

For an agency, this means a large unused balance is not automatically permanent inventory. Check which credit type holds it before cancelling.

Add-ons and Deliverability Costs

Warm-up is included; the mailboxes being warmed are not. Deliverability means getting messages into recipients' inboxes. lemlist includes lemwarm and built-in protection with paid plans, so adding a standalone warm-up subscription to every lemlist seat would double-count that expense.

A connection slot is also different from a mailbox. The slot lets you connect an address to lemlist. The mailbox is the actual email service behind it.

Paper posthouse cross-section separates a nine-dollar extra connection slot from a hosted SMTP mailbox starting at five dollars
A paid connection slot and a hosted mailbox are separate purchases. Warm-up is included with a paid plan.

The live pricing page lists lead data enrichment and buying intent signals as data add-ons. Enrichment uses the credit packs above. Buying signals identify events that may justify contacting an account; buying a signal does not guarantee a reply or a meeting.

The signals selector publishes these monthly / quarterly / annual monthly equivalents:

  • 100 signals/month: $29 / $23 / $21.
  • 200 signals/month: $55 / $44 / $39.
  • 500 signals/month: $130 / $103 / $93.
  • 1,000 signals/month: $238 / $190 / $171.
  • 5,000 signals/month: $1,068 / $854 / $768.

These are the maker's displayed values, not a percentage discount applied to the monthly figures. Avoid treating signal allowances as email-finder credits.

Other published extras are:

  • WhatsApp: $20 per month per seat, available on Multichannel and Enterprise. Its separate 14-day add-on trial automatically becomes paid unless cancelled. WhatsApp billing.
  • Additional sending-address slots: $9 per month per address on plans with connection limits. Email already has unlimited sending addresses. Connection slots.
  • Hosted Google or Outlook mailboxes: from $10 per month each; SMTP mailboxes: from $5 per month each. lemlist's purchase flow requires a domain and mailboxes together. Its guide does not publish one fixed price for every domain. Domains and mailboxes.
  • Phone numbers and extra calling time: rental depends on the selected number, and time above the included allowance uses credits. The calling guide gives a specific $15 per month rental for Spanish numbers, rather than a global flat rental rate. Connecting an existing number is another option. Phone setup.

For a small team, buy sender connections only when a person needs more than the included allocation. Buying more seats to obtain mailbox slots can also add unused LinkedIn accounts and other features to the bill.

Three Worked Monthly Bills

The cheapest plan depends on channels first, then volume and data. These examples use monthly platform and credit billing, plus lemlist's published starting SMTP mailbox rate. They assume domain purchases have already been handled. Domain purchase or renewal, VAT and any negotiated services are additional; the totals are recurring minimums at those starting rates.

Solo founder: from $94 a month

Pick Email at $69 a month for email-only prospecting within the 50,000-send cap. Assume the founder needs 400 newly found email addresses and uses one hosted SMTP mailbox.

  • Email platform: $69.
  • 400 email finds × 5 credits = 2,000 credits: $20 monthly pack.
  • One SMTP mailbox at the published starting rate: $5.
  • lemwarm and the connection slot: included.

Worked recurring bill: $69 + $20 + $5 = $94/month minimum. With an existing mailbox paid elsewhere, the lemlist software-and-data portion is $89; include that provider's actual charge in your own budget. Plan rates, credit rates, mailbox rates.

The founder should pay for Multichannel only when its native LinkedIn or calling workflow earns the higher fee. Its included credits alone do not replace this example's data requirement.

Three-person sales team: from $391 a month

Pick three Multichannel seats when all three reps need email, LinkedIn and calling. Assume the team finds 1,000 emails and 60 phone numbers monthly, uses one hosted SMTP mailbox per rep, connects existing phone numbers, and keeps calling within the included allowance.

Data usage is 1,000 × 5 + 60 × 20 = 6,200 credits. The three seats contribute 1,200 included credits, leaving 5,000 to buy.

  • Three seats × $109: $327.
  • 5,000-credit monthly pack: $49.
  • Three SMTP mailboxes × starting $5: $15.
  • Warm-up, sender connections and calls within the plan allowance: included.

Worked recurring bill: $327 + $49 + $15 = $391/month minimum. Add one $20 WhatsApp seat and it becomes $411. The team has 15 included email connections and 1,200 included billed calling minutes, but international destination multipliers can consume those minutes faster. Plan allowances.

If those same people only send email, the starting Email platform fee is $69 for the team. Paying $327 for channels they do not use adds a calculated $258 before comparing data usage.

Agency: from $297 a month for three separately billed Email teams

Budget an Email subscription for each independently billed client team, rather than assuming one subscription gives unlimited client workspaces. Suppose an agency budgets for three client teams, each within 50,000 monthly sends, with 400 found email addresses and two hosted SMTP mailboxes per client.

  • Three Email subscriptions × $69: $207.
  • Three separate 2,000-credit monthly packs × $20: $60.
  • Six SMTP mailboxes × starting $5: $30.

Worked recurring bill: $207 + $60 + $30 = $297/month minimum, or $99 per client under these assumptions. Credits are calculated separately for each team, not as one shared cross-client pool.

This is a budgeting model for independent subscriptions, not lemlist's agency quote. Its agency and reseller terms require specific terms and separated client subaccounts. Confirm that arrangement and any custom fees before selling the service. If the agency only runs outreach for its own business, use the appropriate single-team Email volume tier instead.

Free Trial, Free Plan and Commitment Terms

The standard trial is 14 days without a credit card or automatic billing. It gives 200 one-time credits, unlimited trial teammates and up to 50 email sends per day. You can explore email and LinkedIn workflows, personalization and integrations, but lemwarm and in-app calling are excluded. Trial details.

The trial runs through the Multichannel offer; the plan guide does not promise a separate Email-plan trial. A promotional extended trial is a separate offer, not the standard allowance to put in a purchase budget.

The ongoing free account cannot run outreach campaigns. After trial or paid access ends, freemium keeps existing campaign data, leads and historical results available, while paid sending and warm-up stop. Someone who only needs to keep records or review old results may never need to pay again. A founder who wants continuing cold outreach does. What freemium retains.

Monthly payments do not settle the commitment question

Read the order's commitment term before choosing a payment interval. lemlist's terms describe paid plans as generally carrying a 12-month fixed commitment and a minimum annual fee that is normally non-cancelable and non-refundable. Specific agreed terms take priority. The cancellation guide describes stopping renewal at the end of the billing cycle. Those statements do not justify promising that every monthly payment option can be exited after one month. Terms, section 5.2.

For example, $55 per month on yearly Email billing is a calculated $660 annual software cost, before credits or mailboxes. That is the spending commitment to assess, rather than comparing the displayed $55 with a one-month experiment.

Unused paid months or years are not refunded under the published terms. Purchased credits are also non-refundable, and domain/email purchases have their own non-refundable rules. Cancelling renewal is different from getting prepaid money back. The live pricing page does not list a dedicated student discount; do not budget an unpublished reduction.

When lemlist Is the Wrong Pick

Compare the same job before choosing the cheaper headline. Count monthly sends, stored contacts, active senders, required channels and data purchases. Instantly and Reply.io are our partners, and we may earn a commission through partner links. Their placement here follows those requirements, with prices from their own pages.

lemlist vs instantly: volume changes the winner

Instantly is the better budget pick for small email-only outreach, or for a sending workload that lands awkwardly between lemlist's volume tiers. It is an email outreach platform with unlimited email connections and warm-up on its Outreach plans.

Growth costs $47 monthly, or $37.60 per month billed annually, for 5,000 monthly sends and 1,000 uploaded contacts. That is $22 less in monthly software than lemlist Email, provided those smaller limits cover your workload. Hypergrowth costs $97 monthly, or $77.60 annually, for 125,000 sends and 25,000 uploaded contacts. Data credits are a separate product. Instantly pricing and its structured price list.

Instantly

At 100,000 sends, lemlist Email's $89 monthly fee beats Hypergrowth's $97 by $8. At 125,000 sends, lemlist requires its $159 tier, while Hypergrowth remains $97, a $62 software difference. That conclusion holds only if Instantly's 25,000 stored-contact cap is sufficient. Its current Outreach card and structured list both show 125,000 sends; the page's comparison grid still shows an older 100,000 figure.

Choose Instantly when email scale and those limits fit. Skip Growth when you need to work replies from its full inbox: the maker's feature list describes that access as preview-only on Growth. Do not assume an email subscription replaces lemlist's native LinkedIn and calling workflow. Our Instantly pricing breakdown explains its separate Outreach, credits and infrastructure bill.

Reply.io: stronger fit for a different channel workflow

Reply.io is worth choosing when the team's workflow fits its Multichannel package, especially on monthly billing. It combines email, LinkedIn, calls/SMS and semi-automated WhatsApp steps, with 5 mailbox connections per user monthly or 10 annually, warm-up, unlimited active contacts and 50 Live Data credits per month. Its data credits are a different allowance, not interchangeable with lemlist credits.

Multichannel starts at $99 per user per month monthly, or $89 per user per month annually. Three monthly seats cost a calculated $297, versus lemlist's $327, before either product's extras. On annual equivalents, the comparison reverses: Reply.io is $267 for three users and lemlist is $261. Reply.io pricing and its billing-specific catalog.

Reply.io pricing page showing Email Volume, Multichannel and agency options
Reply.io

The candid limit is that semi-automated WhatsApp is a different workflow from lemlist's paid automation. Calling usage and data allowances also need their own comparison; channel inclusion alone does not establish equal costs. Reply.io's cheaper Email Volume offer starts at $59 per user monthly or $49 annually for 1,000 active contacts. It prices the audience you can contact that month, rather than providing lemlist Email's 50,000-send team allowance, and its mailbox provision has a fair-use policy.

Pick Reply.io when its channel tasks, monthly seat price or annual connection allowance match the sales process. Pick lemlist when its particular automation and included calling allowance justify the difference. For broader choices, use our AI cold email tools comparison.

lemlist reviews: judge the bill against the workflow

lemlist earns its price when reps use the multichannel workflow; Email earns it when unlimited users and contacts matter. The weak purchase is paying for Multichannel because it sounds more complete, then running email-only sequences and buying data separately anyway.

The decision can flip with billing frequency, credit consumption or a sending-tier boundary. Price the actual prospect list and channel sequence before committing. No software price here predicts meetings, revenue or a conversion rate.

Choose the Plan Before Buying the Extras

Start next week by making the sending and data workload explicit. A sales lead should assign a channel sequence to each rep, total the emails across that sequence, and count successful email finds, phone finds and extra calling minutes separately.

  1. Choose channels and team structure

Use Email for email-only work. Use Multichannel for the people who need its channels. The two plan families cannot coexist within one team; ask support about a switch rather than assuming mixed seats are available.

  2. Size sending and pooled credits

Pick the Email volume tier if relevant. Multiply each data action by its credit cost, subtract the team's included enrichment balance, and buy the appropriate credit pack. Keep included calling minutes separate.

  3. Check the complete order

Count hosted mailboxes, extra connection slots, WhatsApp seats and domains. Confirm the payment interval, contract commitment and cancellation date. Use the trial for the sequence workflow; its restrictions prevent it from proving paid calling or warm-up behavior.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does Lemwarm cost?

lemwarm is included in paid lemlist plans. Bought separately, Essential is $29 per mailbox per month monthly or $24 on annual billing; Smart is $49 monthly or $40 annually. Those standalone prices should not be added again to an included lemlist subscription. lemwarm pricing.

lemwarm standalone pricing with the notice that it is included with lemlist
lemwarm
What is lemlist's reputation?

Treat reputation as a reason to investigate, then judge the product against the workflow and bill. Use its trial to assess sequence creation, collaboration and data handling; calling and warm-up require separate evaluation because they are excluded from the trial. This pricing assessment does not claim a hands-on performance test.

What is the cost of email marketing?

For lemlist cold outreach, the cost is the platform plus data, hosted mailboxes, domains and optional channels. The worked solo example starts at $94 monthly before domains and tax. Newsletter and customer-marketing programs have different requirements, so this is not a universal email-marketing budget.

Is lemlist better than Instantly?

lemlist is the stronger fit when its native LinkedIn and calling workflow is required. Instantly can be cheaper for email-only work, but sending and stored-contact caps decide: its $47 Growth plan is much smaller than lemlist's $69 Email tier.

How much does lemlist cost?

Email starts at $69 monthly, $62 per month quarterly or $55 per month annually for a team. Multichannel is $109, $99 or $87 per user per month respectively. Enterprise is custom-priced. Credits, mailboxes, optional channels and tax can raise the bill.

What are some alternatives to lemlist?

Instantly fits email-focused outreach within its volume/contact limits. Reply.io fits teams whose sales process matches its multichannel package. Compare their own live rates and allowance units rather than transferring one product's limits or credit values to another.

Is lemlist better than Apollo?

There is no universal winner. For lemlist, decide whether you need volume-priced email or its seat-priced channels, then cost the required data. A decision involving Apollo also needs Apollo's current order and usage limits; lemlist's seat price alone cannot settle it.

Can I use lemlist for free?

Yes, through the standard 14-day trial and the limited freemium account afterwards. Freemium keeps records and past results but does not allow ongoing campaign sending or warm-up.

What is the best email list platform?

Choose for the job: storing a prospect list, executing cold outreach and communicating with subscribed customers are different requirements. lemlist's unlimited contact storage is useful for outbound lists, but contact storage does not include free enrichment or establish that it is the best choice for every email program.

What does the 14-day free trial include?

The standard trial includes Multichannel exploration, 200 one-time credits, unlimited trial teammates and up to 50 email sends daily. No card is required and it does not automatically charge you. lemwarm and in-app calling are excluded.

Can I get a refund for unused credits?

No. The help center says purchased credits are non-refundable. Included credits reset monthly; subscription credits roll over while that add-on stays active and expire at its next anniversary after cancellation; one-off top-ups have different retention rules.

Use the AI business workflow audit checklist to map the outreach process and its costs before buying the stack.
