Vista Social Pricing: What Your Profiles and Team Cost
Vista Social starts at $99/month. Compare annual prices, profile and user limits, AI features, add-ons, three bills and cheaper options.
Published

Vista Social pricing starts at $99 per month for Professional, with 15 social profiles and 2 users, or $950 paid yearly. Advanced costs $199 per month for 30 profiles and 3 users; Scale costs $449 per month for 70 profiles and 4 users. Choose the cheapest plan that fits both your accounts and your people, then add the extras your workflow needs.
Vista Social combines social publishing, an inbox for messages and comments, reporting, and review management. Its bundled capacity can suit a business with several accounts, but a solo owner buying only a posting calendar has cheaper options.
Prices and plan limits verified against Vista Social's pricing page, October 2026. Verification date: 7 October 2026. All prices below are USD; worked totals are calculations before tax.
Vista Social Pricing: Monthly, Annual and Included Capacity
Professional is the entry paid plan. There is no smaller permanent free subscription listed on the current pricing page, and Enterprise requires a quote.
Annual prices are the amount paid for the year upfront.
Source: Vista Social's live plan comparison. Enterprise's headline card advertises unlimited profiles and 8+ users, while its detailed capacity rows say customizable. Get the agreed entitlement in your quote.

The annual cards display $80, $160 and $360 per month. Those labels accompany annual invoices of $950, $1,910 and $4,310. They are different from the month-to-month rates of $99, $199 and $449.
Dividing the annual invoices by the months in the year gives calculated monthly equivalents of $79.17, $159.17 and $359.17. Use the annual invoice when forecasting cash payments. Multiplying the card's displayed monthly label back into a year will not reproduce the listed invoice exactly.
Which Plan Is Cheapest for Your Business?
Count connected accounts and people separately. A social profile means an account or page you connect, so a business with Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn presences uses separate profile slots. A user is a person with access to your Vista Social account.
The cheapest plan must satisfy both counts and the features you need. Plenty of unused profile slots cannot compensate for a user limit that is too small.
Professional: a solo business or a small working pair
Professional is the cheapest Vista Social plan when you need up to 15 profiles and 2 users. It includes unlimited post scheduling, the social inbox, reports and AI assistance. An owner managing the business accounts can stay here while adding a colleague within the included user allowance. Professional features.
Its limit becomes expensive if all you need is a calendar for a few accounts. At five active profiles, the $99 monthly subscription works out to a calculated $19.80 per active profile. At the full included capacity, it works out to $6.60. Those are utilization calculations, not rates you can buy individual profiles at.
Advanced: a growing brand or a small agency
Advanced is the cheapest standard plan when Professional's capacity is too small but you fit within 30 profiles and 3 users. It also becomes the relevant tier when you need multi-stage approvals, custom reports, smart scheduling, custom fields, or Zapier and Make integrations. Advanced features.
For a brand where a content creator submits a draft, a manager approves it and an owner checks results, the approval process can justify the upgrade before the profile limit does. Advanced adds AI Training & Knowledge, a repository that gives the AI business information to work from, rather than relying only on each prompt.
Moving from Professional to Advanced costs a calculated $100 more per month, or $960 more per year on annual billing. Buy that step for capacity or a workflow you will use.
Scale: an agency with many client accounts
Scale is the cheapest standard plan above Advanced's included limits, provided you fit within 70 profiles and 4 users. It adds white label reports and dashboard branding, client profile connection, and Premium AI Training & Knowledge. White labeling lets an agency present work under its own branding. Scale features.
The premium knowledge features include guidance and escalations, website and Zendesk synchronization, and document uploads. Escalation matters when an automated response should hand a difficult customer question to a person.
Scale costs a calculated $250 more per month, or $2,400 more per year, than Advanced. Its profile allowance is large, but the user allowance remains a binding limit. An agency with many collaborators should request the extra-user quote before committing.
Enterprise: get a written capacity and feature quote
Enterprise suits requirements beyond the standard bundles or a need for sentiment detection, custom integrations, a dedicated account manager and tailored onboarding. Sentiment detection classifies incoming messages and reviews by tone so an operator can prioritize them. Neither monthly nor annual Enterprise pricing is public. Enterprise plan.
Across the standard monthly plans, cost per included profile at full capacity is approximately $6.60, $6.63 and $6.41. That similarity explains the buying rule: choose around usable capacity and workflow, rather than upgrading just to get a lower theoretical unit cost.

If your buying decision is still about the scheduler itself, compare the workflows in Best Social Media Scheduler for Small Business before choosing a Vista Social tier.
What Costs Extra?
The public rates cover the base plan and certain named services. They do not provide a complete dollar tariff for every way you can expand an account.
Added profiles and users: customizable, without public rates
The comparison grid marks added profiles and users unavailable on Professional and Advanced. Scale and Enterprise show customizable capacity. Scale's card says additional profiles can be purchased in increments of 10, and additional users can be purchased, but neither has a visible dollar rate. Capacity and extras.
For a small team that outgrows Professional, Advanced is the next published bundle you can price. For an agency expanding Scale, the public page cannot tell you whether buying extra capacity beats an Enterprise quote. Request both bills with the same profile and user requirements.
AI credits: included allowances, paid bundles and no rollover
The monthly allowances are 1,000 credits on Professional, 2,000 on Advanced and 3,500 on Scale; Enterprise lists unlimited credits. The pricing matrix repeats the allowance under publishing and engagement. Do not add those repeated rows together to assume a larger entitlement. AI allowances.
Credits measure AI usage, not a guaranteed number of finished posts. Vista Social's help article, How to track your AI usage and credits, says Ask Vista chat and agent costs vary with the work performed. It also describes image and video usage within the credit accounting, so a team mixing content generation and automated activity needs to watch its balance.
You can buy more through Settings > Plan and Billing > AI usage > Buy a credits bundle. The public pricing page and that help article do not give a bundle dollar rate. Extra AI therefore belongs in a checkout quote, not an invented cost-per-credit calculation.
Included credits do not roll over. The same help article describes usage on a rolling 30-day window, with older usage freeing capacity as it ages out. Paying annually does not turn unused credits into a bank you can save for a future campaign.
Review management: included, with a tier-dependent network list
Review monitoring and responses are included; the pricing page does not list a separate review-management surcharge. Professional's monitoring row covers Facebook and Google Business Profile. Advanced, Scale and Enterprise add Yelp, Tripadvisor, OpenTable, Trustpilot, App Store and Google Play to those networks. Review coverage.
That distinction can decide the plan for a restaurant. A business managing Facebook and Google reviews can consider Professional; one that needs OpenTable or Tripadvisor monitoring should budget for Advanced or above even if its account count is modest.
Listening, X and employee advocacy
Tracking conversations on your own connected profiles is included. Broader listening across social, web and news starts at $75 per month. A local shop answering activity on its own pages has a different requirement from a brand tracking conversations elsewhere. Paying for Scale does not automatically include that broader listening service. Listening price.
X integration costs $29 per month, covering publishing, boosting, automations and analytics. The page lists X among supported networks and separately charges for the integration, so account support alone does not make the service included. X add-on.
Employee Advocacy, which helps employees share approved company content, is free with 3 advocates and starts at $199 per month for 25 employees. It is a separate budget line from the social management subscription. Advocacy price.
Three Worked Bills Using the Published Rates
These examples use hypothetical account requirements and the maker's public rates. The minimum base plan appears in each bill; optional services are added only where the scenario calls for them. No extra-profile, extra-user or AI-bundle price is assumed.
Solo business: five profiles, one user
An owner managing five business profiles fits Professional. Assume the owner needs neither paid X integration nor broader listening and stays within the included AI allowance.
Monthly bill: $99.
Annual base invoice: $950 upfront, a calculated $79.17 monthly equivalent. The included capacity remains 15 profiles and 2 users even though this scenario uses fewer. Professional rate.
Professional is the cheapest Vista Social subscription for this scenario. The owner should still compare the smaller partner plans below if publishing is the main job.
Growing brand: thirty profiles, three users and X
A growing brand managing thirty profiles across its accounts, with three people working in the platform, fits Advanced. Assume it also needs the advertised X integration.
Monthly bill: $199 + $29 = $228.
With annual base billing, the calculated year budget is $1,910 + ($29 × 12) = $2,258, equivalent to $188.17 per month. The base is paid upfront and X remains budgeted at its published monthly rate. Advanced and X rates.
Without the X requirement, the cheapest base subscription is $199 monthly or $1,910 yearly. The optional integration determines the difference between the plan price and this worked bill.
Agency: seventy profiles, four users, listening and X
An agency with seventy connected profiles and four users fits Scale. Assume it wants broader listening at the advertised starting rate and the advertised X integration, with no extra seats or profiles.
Monthly bill: $449 + $75 + $29 = $553.
With annual base billing, the calculated year budget is $4,310 + [($75 + $29) × 12] = $5,558, equivalent to $463.17 per month. The listening component uses the entry advertised rate; a larger listening requirement needs its own quote. Scale and add-on rates.

These annual budgets are calculations, not annual package offers from Vista Social. No annual discount has been assumed for the add-ons. The page also does not spell out X's billing unit, so confirm coverage if you connect several X accounts. Taxes and any unquoted capacity or AI extras remain additional.
Free Plan, Trial and the Annual Commitment
Vista Social currently advertises a 14-day free trial without a credit card, rather than a permanent free scheduling plan. Professional, Advanced and Scale offer the trial; Enterprise offers a demo. Trial terms.
There is no ongoing Vista Social subscription buyer who can rely on a listed free tier. An owner who only uses the separate free utilities, or stops using the scheduler when the trial ends, can avoid a subscription. Someone who wants continuing scheduling should budget for a paid plan.
Vista Social Reviews: What to Validate During the Trial
Make the trial reproduce the work that determines your bill. A business owner should connect the actual account types, schedule its usual content and check the required inbox and review sites. An agency should run a client approval and inspect the report it would deliver.
Count access before picking a tier
List the connected profiles and everyone who needs platform access. Match both counts to the same plan, then identify any feature that requires a higher tier.
Verify the paid services
Check whether you need X, broader listening, additional capacity or AI bundles. Keep the unpublished items as quote requests until the account's billing screen supplies the price.
Watch the AI balance
Open Settings > Plan and Billing > AI usage and compare the allowance with the work your account performs. In Settings > Notifications, enable the approaching-limit and limit-reached alerts described in the manufacturer's help article.
Choose billing after the workflow fits
Use the trial to confirm publishing, approvals, review coverage and reporting. Then choose a monthly commitment or the full annual payment based on how long you expect to keep the setup.
The same AI usage help article documents those settings. An AI-credit allowance has value only if it supports the work you need within the available budget.
Annual billing saves money after enough monthly payments
The calculated annual savings against a full year of monthly base payments are $238 on Professional, $478 on Advanced and $1,078 on Scale. For each tier, the annual base invoice costs less than 10 monthly payments, while 9 months of monthly billing costs less than the annual invoice. That is the base-plan break-even, before add-ons or taxes.
Annual billing is best for a stable, proven setup you expect to keep. Monthly billing gives a growing agency room to change its account mix without paying for a whole year at the outset.
Vista Social's Terms of Service say annual subscriptions are charged in advance and renew automatically unless canceled at least 30 days before renewal. Ordinary cancellation keeps access until the billing period ends and does not refund the unused portion; the general fee rule has express exceptions in the terms. Put the non-renewal deadline in your calendar when you buy.
Student discounts and nonprofit pricing
The current pricing page does not advertise a student discount. It mentions nonprofit pricing for eligible US organizations on Professional and Advanced, but gives no public discount rate. Confirm eligibility and the quoted amount before including a discount in your budget. Special-pricing FAQ.
When Vista Social Is the Wrong Pick
A cheaper product wins when its smaller bundle or different workflow meets the job. The alternatives below are partners of this site, and links may earn a commission. The decision turns on account mix, people, publishing limits and the work you need beyond scheduling.
Later: a visual calendar for one brand
Later, a social planning and publishing platform, fits a solo brand owner whose main job is arranging visual content and directing followers through Link in Bio. Starter costs $18.75 USD per month billed yearly and includes 1 social set, 8 profiles total, 1 user and 30 scheduled posts per profile per month.
Its social set includes one profile from each supported network. That bundle works for an owner with a matching account mix; it cannot turn unused network slots into extra Instagram accounts. Starter also cannot add extra social sets, users or AI credits. Those limits matter more than the advertised profile total.

On the same annual billing basis, Later Starter's $18.75 monthly equivalent is a calculated $60.42 below Vista Social Professional's $79.17. Later Growth is $37.50 per month billed yearly, with 2 social sets and 2 users, when collaboration and approvals become necessary. Choose Later for the visual publishing workflow and a social-set shape that fits; choose a different plan or product if repeated same-network accounts or higher posting volume break that fit.
The Later alternatives guide explains how that set-based approach differs from other schedulers.
SocialBee: repeatable content for a small business
SocialBee, a scheduler built around organized content, fits a local-services owner who wants to keep sharing useful tips, customer education and ongoing offers. Bootstrap costs $29 per month or $290 per year, with 5 profiles, 1 user and 1 workspace, plus unlimited AI content generation.
Its pricing page includes content categories, recycling and expiry settings. Categories group posts by topic; recycling lets useful content return to the schedule; expiry stops time-sensitive offers continuing after they should end. That is a practical fit for an owner with a repeatable library rather than a large client approval operation.

At monthly rates, Bootstrap is a calculated $70 below Vista Social Professional, with a smaller capacity bundle. Adding a user costs $10 per month or $100 per year, and five additional profiles cost $15 per month or $150 per year. Those published add-ons give a small business a priced path to expand.
Bootstrap lacks the post approval system. Accelerate adds it at $49 per month or $490 per year, with 10 profiles; Pro costs $99 per month or $990 per year, with 25 profiles across 5 workspaces and 3 users per workspace. Choose SocialBee when recurring content and a modest account mix are the priority. Compare the higher-tier workflow before assuming Bootstrap will fit an agency.
Postiz: publishing automation with fewer seat constraints
Postiz, a publishing platform with interfaces for AI assistants and automation, fits a technical owner or agency that wants content scheduled from an existing workflow. Its pricing page includes the MCP server, CLI and API on every plan, plus AI copilot and Smart Agent features. MCP connects an AI assistant to the platform, CLI provides command-line control, and API lets other software work with it.
Standard costs $29 per month for 5 channels, without team support. Team costs $39 for 10 channels, Pro $49 for 30, and Ultimate $99 for 100, all monthly; Team and above include unlimited team members. The page lists unlimited monthly posts and a 7-day trial.

At the same 30-account capacity, Postiz Pro costs a calculated $150 less per month than Vista Social Advanced and removes the small included-user ceiling. That makes it a strong shortlist for an agency whose paid requirement is publishing and collaboration.
The dollar comparison does not establish equivalent review management, listening, approvals or client reporting. Check the specific work before switching. Self-hosting is also a separate operational choice: Postiz's FAQ says hosted agent features arrive first, and obtaining your own social-network app approvals can require work or optional paid help. Start with hosted pricing if you want a subscription budget you can compare directly.

Start the trial with a written profile list, user list and required approval or review workflow. A solo owner should prove Professional earns its minimum bill; a growing brand should identify the capacity or feature that requires Advanced; an agency should get extra-seat and listening requirements priced before committing to Scale or Enterprise.
