Everything for a dog, under one woof, with an AI on the front desk.
Dogventure HQ is Dubai's all-in-one pet hub in Al Quoz: a full vet clinic, daycare, boarding, training, and grooming under one roof. I designed and built its warm public website, the real-time operations platform that runs the facility, and the AI concierge that answers calls and WhatsApp, quotes services, and books dogs in around the clock.

Five services, one front door, and a front desk that never sleeps.
Dogventure runs five distinct services in one 8,000-square-foot building, open every day of the year. The legacy software treated that like a hospital timetable: time slots down, services across, and staff mentally stitching one dog's day together from three different columns while WhatsApp messages were typed by hand.
The rebuild flipped the model. The dog is the atomic unit, every screen orbits the dog, and the repetitive front-desk conversation, hours, prices, availability, booking, moved onto an AI concierge that talks to owners on the phone and on WhatsApp in natural language.

Five businesses, one building, and a front desk drowning in WhatsApp.
A vet clinic, a daycare, boarding, training, and grooming are really five businesses sharing one reception. Every booking, update, and pickup notification was a human typing a message, and the software's time-slot grid lost track of dogs that moved through three services in a day. The job was one warm brand, one operational truth per dog, and a front desk that scales without hiring.
- One dog crossing multiple services with no single view of its day
- Every owner update typed into WhatsApp by hand
- Bookings rejected whenever one add-on service was full
- Trust and warmth to protect while automating the conversation

What I built, and how it came together.
The buildA story-led site, a dog-centric platform, and an AI front desk.

The public site sells the experience. The platform runs the building in real time. The concierge answers voice and WhatsApp from a curated knowledge base and books directly into the same system the staff sees.
- Story-led public site with effortless booking paths
- Real-time operations platform: live daily board, pet profiles, health records, auto-invoicing
- AI concierge on voice and WhatsApp, on duty around the clock
- Smart booking that confirms the anchor service and auto-fits add-ons
- Automated WhatsApp flows for confirmations, reminders, and pickups
- 01Set the tone
A warm, image-rich brand site that walks through a dog's day and makes booking feel like a treat, not a form.Design system · Voice · Booking paths
- 02Flip the data model
The pet becomes the center of the system: one live card per dog carrying its services, photos, notes, flags, and running invoice.Dog-centric model · Live daily board · Auto-invoicing
- 03Teach the concierge
A curated knowledge base of services, prices, hours, and policies, so the AI answers exactly what the business would.Knowledge base · Guardrails · Handoff rules
- 04Wire it to reality
The concierge books into the same real-time system the staff runs, and every conversation is logged against the booking it created.Live booking · Conversation log · Callbacks
An AI that replaced a queue, not the people.
The concierge exists to absorb the repetitive ninety percent of front-desk conversation so the humans keep the judgment calls. Its power is bounded on purpose.
Voice and WhatsApp, one brain
Owners reach the same conversational agent whether they call or message. It speaks from a curated knowledge base covering all five services, size-based grooming packages, boarding rates, sibling discounts, hours, and policies, so its answers match what a trained receptionist would say, at any hour.
It books like the staff books
The concierge uses the platform's own booking logic: the anchor service (daycare or boarding) is confirmed on capacity, and add-ons like grooming are silently fitted into the dog's window. If an add-on is full it never rejects the visit; it confirms the anchor and offers the nearest alternative, exactly the behavior the booking engine guarantees.
Hard lines it cannot cross
The agent never takes card details; payment is always at the facility. Anything medical, emotional, or unusual becomes a logged callback request so a human calls back with full context. Every conversation is stored, searchable, and linked to the booking and owner it produced.
Outbound without typing
System events drive templated WhatsApp automatically: booking confirmations, reminders, ready-for-pickup alerts with the invoice, and follow-ups. The messages the staff used to type one by one now send themselves, and the log shows every one.
One card per dog
Every dog in the building is a live card carrying its services, photos, meals, notes, medical flags, and running invoice. When daycare hands over to grooming the card moves, and every screen in the facility updates in real time, with no refresh and no shouting across the room.
Six roles, one truth
Reception, vets, daycare staff, groomers, managers, and owners each get their own dashboard over the same data. The owner's view shows the day as it happens, photos included, which turns the anxious afternoon phone call into a glance.

The front desk scaledwithout losing its warmth.
Owners get instant, accurate answers and bookings at any hour, in the same friendly voice as the brand. Staff track dogs instead of columns, invoices assemble themselves, and the WhatsApp queue became an automated log instead of a chore.
